“Renovação necessária. A equipe é tão agradável e acolhedora, mas não posso classificar este hotel como um 'resort', é mais um hotel antigo com jardins agradáveis. O design de interiores dos quartos precisa ser repintado e os móveis de madeira precisam de reparos. Os banheiros precisam de modernização e manutenção, nossa pia vazou, o chuveiro tinha algum molde de rejunte etc. As portas de tela da varanda foram rasgadas em alguns lugares, para que você não pudesse ter as portas externas abertas ou seria picado por mosquitos a noite toda. Se você precisa de um lugar para descansar a cabeça, este hotel é bom, se você espera luxo, não é fácil. No entanto, é difícil encontrar hotéis que estejam na área, todos eles parecem um pouco ásperos nas bordas. Na defesa do hotel, o café da manhã é bom, a equipe é ótima, especialmente os caras que cuidam da área da piscina, eles são ótimos! Também é uma boa localização. A limpeza é OK também, sem erros desagradáveis escondidos no seu quarto.”

“Renovation needed. The staff are so nice and accommodating but I can't class this hotel as a 'resort', it's more an old hotel with nice grounds. Rooms interior design need a repaint and the wood furnishings need some repair. The bathrooms need upgrading and maintenance, our sink leaked, the shower had some grout mould etc. The balcony screen doors were ripped in places so you couldn't have the outer doors open or you'd be bitten by mosquitoes all night. If you need a place to rest your head this hotel is fine, if you're expecting luxury it's not up to scratch. However it's difficult to find hotels that are in the area, they all seem to be a little rough around the edges. In the hotels defence the breakfast is nice, the staff are great, especially the guys manning the pool area, they're great! It's also a good location. The cleanliness is OK too, no nasty bugs hiding in your room.”
