Estou tentando contar com o hotel e não recebo resposta. Fiz a reserva no cartão de crédito mas paguei em dólar. O valor da diária já paga, veio cobrada na fatura do meu cartão de crédito. O hotel me apresentou um papel referente ao estorno do cartão no valor de 81,00 dólares e na cobrança no cartão está o valor de 90,00 dólares. O cartão alega que está incompatível e o hotel não me responde.

Um bom lugar para se hospedar em Cusco! Os quartos voltados para o páteo têm pouca privacidade e acústica ruim. O café tem pratos típicos do Peru. Bons momentos!

Excelente hotel na parte alta de Cusco, onde se concentram os turistas. Café da manhã excelente, funcionários super prestativos, quartos e banheiros muito confortáveis, e localização muito boa, a cinco minutos da Praça de Armas. Há calefação nos quartos, importante principalmente no inverno quando chega a fazer -5 Celsius de madrugada. A relação custo benefício e boa, um casal vai gastar em torno de US$ 85,00 a diária.

El Tierra Viva Cusco San Blas ofrece un gran servicio, a un muy buen precio.Todos los espacios, incluidas las habitaciones,muestran una excelente limpieza. Las habitaciones tienen caja de seguridad,secador de pelo y, muy importante,un calefactor eléctrico que climatiza el ambiente de manera muy efectiva. El desayuno es muy bueno y, durante todo el día, se dispone de mate de coca, té de muña (digestivo) y café (todo muy útil cuando uno regresa en las frías noches de invierno). El personal es excelente,muy amables y colaboradores con nuestras consultas y necesidades.La ubicación también es excelente, a unas cuatro cuadras de la Plaza de Armas y con opciones culinarias de gran nivel en los alrededores. Definitivamente volveríamos!!!

Excelente hotel, habitación de primera, el personal de primera, super amables, considerados y atentos, recuerdo que tuve mala noche por el soroche y brindan servicio de mate de coca y oxígeno a la habitación sin ningún costo, super cerca a la plaza de armas se va caminando a 6 minutos, sin duda cuando vuelva volveré a quedarme en este hotel. desayunos Buffet de 5am a 10am

Amazing hotel. This hotel is a gem. Walking distance to everything and in a quiet location for good sleeps. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. They spoke decent English and were very friendly with suggestions for areas to check out and arranging transportation. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and very clean and well equipped. We stayed here 2 separate times on our trip and both rooms we had were great. We did the Inca trail and the hotel was very accommodating with storing some of our luggage and making sure it was safe and secure, and waiting in our room on our arrival. Highly recommend this spot.

The temperature went down to 7*C last night but staff had thoughtfully set up a quiet heater to keep the chill out. On this journey we have been staying in a lot of Terra Viva hotels and they have always met or exceeded our standards. This one is especially charming because of the large room we were given. Peaked ceiling and windows onto the 2 courtyards. There are partially exposed stone walls as well. Reception is very nice. The included breakfast has always been good. We’ll be back in a few days and leaving some baggage with them is not a problem. Lots of hot water a safe, clean as well there are many restaurants in the area. And if your not driving the winding narrow roads are fun to explore.

Small 3* hotel. Hard to find. Staff friendly. One has to go across courtyard to get to room. Breakfast ok but not great. Bed ok. Bathroom ok. Good for a couple of days only. No Aircon. Recommended for those on a budget.

This is a delightful hotel near the main plaza in Cusco. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Evening turn down service with a chocolate is a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious each morning with a variety of fruits, eggs, breads, cereals, juices and yogurts. The grounds are welcoming and the staff was excellent, very pleasant and sincerely helpful. I am not rating a five because of the overall simple nature of the hotel, but if I return to Cusco, Tierra Viva would be my place to stay. Gracias!

We arrived very early in the morning around 6am, our room was ready but unfortunately they charge 50% room rate for checking-in early (we were informed of this ahead of time). We got the room in the courtyard, it was hard to make it dark, and it was very loud. We could hear every single word that was spoken in the courtyard, which makes it hard to sleep in. The room itself was nice, comfy bed and great big en suite with hot shower. WiFi was unreliable in our room. Breakfast spread was large but there’s very few hot food options. Location was very close to San Blas square but wish it was a little closer to main square. Overall good experience.
