“This was my first time ever in Arizona & I had a great trip! The room I stayed in (deluxe suite) was clean, spacious, and had a comfy bed w/ a Chromecast-enabled TV so I could wind down at night w/ my streaming apps.The entire hotel was very elegant and had a large variety of activities to keep us busy. Everything was clean and well-kept by the employees, all of whom were quite possibly the nicest hotel staff I’ve interacted with (and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels lol.) I want to give a shout-out to the woman who checked us in, Ireland. She was extremely helpful, kind, and personable. (She even gifted my brother and his wife with snacks + a stuffed animal for their 8-month-old baby after mentioning it was their first time traveling as parents.) To whoever is in charge: Ireland needs a raise!”
