“If I could give it more stars, I would! My wife, daughter, and I stayed for Thanksgiving week, and it exceeded our expectations! From making hotel reservations with Jose, to making Thanksgiving dinner reservations with Sonia, to checking in with Joy, to being greeted with smiles by the housekeeping staff, to the wait staff going the extra mile with Leo and Annie, ALL OF YOU were AMAZING! I really wanted an ELEGANT and SOPHISTICATED hotel for my wife and daughter in the heart of the Magnificent Mile. The trio (or quartet) playing during our Thanksgiving dinner was the CHERRY ON TOP! The decor was SPECTACULAR! The transformation from the Thanksgiving decor to Christmas overnight was MAGICAL! After our wonderful experience at the Peninsula Hotel, WHY would we want to stay anywhere else?”
