“After leaving a do not disturb signed I returned to my room with 2 maids in it going through my stuff. The wet bar was cleared out and I was charged a smoking fee when I never smoked in the room. I didnt notice the fee until way after the fact and neblver got it back. The view was great but not worth the experience.”

“Una vergüenza absoluta Mis padres están ahora mismo alojados en el hotel La reserva realizada ( puesto que pagaron la habitacion por adelantado) ponía claramente un deposito de 25dolares por día Cuando llegaron ayer al dar mi padre una tarjeta de 1800 euros de límite le piden otra!!dice que es la primera vez que le piden dos y le dicen que una es para la habitación y otra para lo que puedan consumir en el hotel Ojo están solo 4 días Tras mucho discutir tuvieron que dar una nueva tarjeta con límite de 2500€ esa si valio Así que cuidado con el hotel y con qué límite tienen en sus tarjetas Vergonzoso”
