“Entendo que o alto custo deve ser devido à localização, pois os serviços não são tão bons se comparados a um hotel da Gran Vía. Os quartos não precisam esquentar água e tomar chá, exceto cafeteira. Você tem que descer até o saguão para pegar esses produtos. Não há calor nos quartos. Mas devo admitir que sua equipe é muito gentil.”
