Um bom hotel de aeroporto, com a tradicional eficiência Hilton! Clientes Honors nem mesmo precisam passar pela recepção, podem fazer tudo via APP, inclusive usar a chave eletrônica no smartphone.O shuttlefunciona bem, os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, assim como as camas, também há uma ótima mesa de trabalho, mas a limpeza do banheiro é ruim.Para os clientes leais Honors Diamond há o Executive Lounge, mas infelizmente funciona apenas nos dias da semana.

Some of the treadmills are unsafe for use. Three of them have loose tread belts. The last time I ran on them the power cut out and another person and I nearly fell off. Called the front desk and they sent someone to reset the breaker. This happened a couple of times before I had to quit before I got hurt. I told the front desk on my way back to my room and was met with an unwarranted attitude. I was nice and respectful. There are some rude staff at this hotel but most are nice and courteous. Also, the coffee shop in the hotel is cash only at the moment. Their card reader has been broke for the last few days. A lack of attention is par for the course.

Hotel is Trash. Only one washer and dryer, plus the washing machine had a strong mildew odor. No complimentary breakfast. No kitchenette. Be prepared to spend money. I've never been to a hotel that only has one washer or dryer and doesn't offer complimentary breakfast. You'll be better off staying at an extended stay america hotel if you are staying for a long trip.

The condition of my room was almost funny, until I became increasingly annoyed about the rate I was paying combined with the fact that it became inconvenient to work.I should have known something was up when I got to my room and my room key wouldn't open the door.Luckily I didn't have to travel back to the front desk because there was someone from the housekeeping staff that helped me to get it open explaining that the bolt locks can be tricky to deal with.(Later I was able to get in without an issue).I assume maybe there was a frat party in there the night before given the condition of the furniture, but before that I discovered that the electrical outlets for the desk and lamp didn't work.I called the front desk and they sent someone up who tried to fix it by more or less dismantling the bureau but he was not able to fix it immediately.I don't know about you, but when I am participating in meetings with complex financial information on Teams I personally would rather not have to sit on the bed to be able to plug in my laptop.They did leave a note for me that on a second attempt when I was out of the room in a meeting he was able to get the lamp working.(problem is the power outlet on the lamp is worn out so if you need to charge something like an iphone, laptop etc. plan on using the bathroom or outlets near the bed.)About the bed and room condition overall....Both of the headboards were completely scratched up.(I would insert pictures here but my editing skills are not what they used to be.There is a layer of black dust on ceiling.My bathroom sink didn't drain which was kind of gross.The lamp looks like it was attacked with a whiffle ball bat. There are gouges and holes in the leather desk chair.Also, finally, if you were there and lost a sock it turned up on the floor of my room. (unfortunately for you only one sock identified,I would assume its partner is now a sock orphan).If you stay here and are expecting the quality of a full service hotel you are going to be disappointed. I would save your money and find more of a budget approach.The other option is stay at the Marriott down the street.

The hotel was gorgeous on the outside and inside, but I would not recommend spending this much money to stay overnight just because of a long layover. We waited so long for the shuttle at the airport and watched multiple hotel properties have a shuttle that filtered through 2 to 3 times before ours got there. Because the shuttle was not very timely, we got to the property after the dining options in the hotel were closed. At that point, we just wanted to go to bed regardless if we were going to bed hungry or not.You would think a hotel of this caliber would have a shuttle that runs sooner than every 30 minutes or even has two shuttles to accommodate.we ended up grabbing an Uber to get to the airport in the morning and got us there before the 5 AM shuttle was scheduled to arrive back at the hotel.

My 4 star rating is based on 2 key factors: 1- Security: you can't go anywhere without your key(even to use the elevator) 2- Contacless check-in through the Hilton honors app (no more hassle reaching for wallet to tender both credit card used to book and drivers license, forms to fill out...). I booked a high standard room that didn't disappoint me.I dock a star because of poor concierge: they do well overall, but there's that one lady on the phone (front desk) that doesn't know how to address customers. She's always impatient and rushing. She gives you the impression that you shouldn't ask the question or inquire about the information you wanted to.I recommend the place (hopefully that lady is either gone or better trained next time I book).

The hotel is clean and convenient to the airport... but on the operations side, there are serious and numerous problems.Rooms weren't ready for us at check-in time (4pm), the meeting space originally assigned to us was totally unacceptable (a construction zone with no heat), the security of our expensive equipment in the meeting room was non-existent after being assured that the room would be locked tight (they unlocked the doors to our meeting room very early one morning and just left them propped open with no one there), the front desk never did what they said they'd do (on several occasions), etc.I'm not sure I'd use this hotel again unless I was guaranteed all of their problems had been fixed.

We arrived early, way before check-in due to our flight. We were greeted by the desk personnel. I asked if they could keep our bags until check in and he stated it wasn’t an issue. He checked the rooms and allowed us to check in early with no charge. Our room has a beautiful view. Extremely spacious and well maintained.

When we arrived at the hotel, the reception had a line of people to be attended and it took a while for them to attend us, but the lobby was quite cozy, the room that we had was quite good and we liked it, the bed was very comfortable and the decoration and the view was pleasant. On the other hand, the indoor pool surprised me negatively since it was quite old and outdated the environment was not pleasant at all, although our visit was short I expected that the main recreation area that for me is a hotel pool was at least relaxing and enjoyable to watch felt quite enclosed I imagine because of the low ceilings and small tiles throughout the area. The dining area was spacious and pleasant.

Construction zone. I arrived via Hilton Airport shuttle (driver was great) with another family who also had flight issues. They, like I, had been issued a voucher for payment by Delta Air Lines. Check in was efficient and my room was large with a king bed and the wonderful Hilton linens.
However, the bathroom sink was disgracefully dirty with indeterminate substances (see pics). So much for the Hilton promise of thoroughly cleaned rooms!
I mentioned it at check-out and desk agent was appalled and apologetic and promised me 10000 Hilton points. 3 weeks later the points have not been posted to my account. Furthermore, despite my Delta voucher, my credit card was charged, despite being told the card was only for "incidentals". A credit was later issued to my card, but it is just indicative of sloppiness at this hotel.
Lack of attention to detail seemingly abounds. With 35 other airport hotels from which to choose, one would think the staff would put forth a bit of effort for customers to choose that hotel.

Love it! Wonderful staff and great customer service. Especially Sydana Wilcox! I planned my husband a birthday party in the ballroom. The food was good. They setup everything and we had a bar. They helped make it a memorable event.
