Um hotel como se fosse uma galeria de arte (se é que não é). Apartamentos pequenos e super tecnológicos. Totalmente diferente de qualquer hotel que eu já fui. Café da manhã é um delicioso espetáculo de calorias. Vá sem neuras e seja feliz. Único contra é que não aceita dinheiro como pagamento de nada. Mas isso é só um detalhe. Voltarei a me hospedar lá com certeza.

Maravilhoso hotel, funcionários incríveis, ótima localização, perto do metrô (Gare de Lyon) e Rio Sena. Quartos altamente tecnológicos e de fácil controle. Tornou uma viagem a Paris ainda mais maravilhosa.

Excelente localização, ao lado de uma estação de trem e metrô. Muito próximo a Catedral de Notre Dame. No 16 andar há um bar de onde é possível ver a Torre Eiffel e Notre Dame, à noite é muito bonito. Os atendentes são muito simpáticos.

Localização excelente ao lado da estação Gare de Lyon, funcionários cordiais e prestativos, o quarto é um pouco pequeno mas é extremamente confortável, eu o considero o melhor hotel que fiquei na minha viagem para a Europa.

Maravilhoso! Super moderno! O staff é acolhedor. O quarto é um negócio a parte! Tem todas até jogos de luzes no quarto, vc pode escolher o tema que está mais na sua vibe (descanso, festa, business, romance) e as cores e música do quarto se adequam a ele! O café da manhã é perfeito e vale os 15 euros que são pagos. Ah, sim, detalhe, a Gare de Lyon é quase na porta, então você vai para qualquer lugar de Paris, da França ou da Europa em poucos passos! A partir de agorameu hotel em Paris.

Just, amazingly perfect. This is my third time at a CitizenM, but I'd almost forgotten how much I love their hotels. Arrived at Paris Gare de Lyon and the staff were waiting by the lift to help us check in. We opted for the Landmark View when booking (since staying for a full week) - and it wasn't a disappointment, lovely view of the Tour Eiffel at night twinkling, and a big corner room. The cleaning each day was thorough - and we felt like we returned to a new room every night. Zero travel concerns whilst staying here, and (rightly) strict on their mask policy. Throughout the whole stay we felt at home and had lovely staff greeting us every morning and evening. Literally nothing to change.

The bed and the sheet were very confortable, the room was spotless and they also have a very friendly staff.Though, I was disappointed by several things given that it is a 4 stars hotel : - you can't open the window - there was no body lotion - no possibility to prepare a tea or coffee in the room nor a bottle of water in the fridge - the shower pressure was really too low, making it very difficult to rinse off the shampoo - breakfast was not particularly good

PÉsimo hotel, la persona de recepciÓn llamado pier, nos asegurÓ que el valor del taxi era 35 euros al aeropuerto de orly. tanto esta persona como la recepcionista de la noche (que hablan espaÑol) nos dijeron que en paris hay una tarifa Única al aeropuerto y que solamente tenÍamos que pagar ese valor por todo concepto y no fue asÍ. nos sentimos totalmente estafados.

We had a good arrival and we told the concierge that our booking didn’t appeared in the app, and he said, no problem, did the check-in in 2 minutes and that’s it. we stayed two nights, the firstnight the tv service wasn’t working. The only response was: sorry we will pass your complain. The second night when we arrived the room was not clean, after complaining the response was that we had to requested via app, which we were not informed about. Trying to get a solution the lady concierge told me not to be so dramatic, a terrible answer to a disappointed guest. She brought fresh towels 20 minutes later and she literally said “hey” handed me the towels turn around and left. I’m very disappointed with the service and the way your staff dealt with the problem.

Same good setup - modern rooms, comfortable beds, designer furniture. Unfortunately you cannot consume outside food in their so called living room area. Their breakfast buffet is rather limited for vegetarians and very small for vegans.

Went to many hotels in France this summer and the one the kids liked most was citizenM in Paris. Although rooms and bathroom is small they present so many nice details, that it is a very good and not expensive choice in Paris center.

The entire staff, but especially Mercy, was awesome! They understood and got for us everything we needed. The room was also great even if it was small! Loved the layout of the room too! The best place we’ve stayed in all France!

This was our 5th hotel from CitizenM chain and we weren’t disappointed. Great location; sparkly clean smart room; cool living room ambience; delicious food and drinks; amazing staff: super friendly, helpful & attentive! We’ll definitely come back again!

Rooms are spacious compared to standards in Paris and food is delicious…and the tech is there - amazing and incredible. This is definitely the kind of service that I’m looking for, guest-oriented with a little funny twist to it. I love it!

The views from this hotel are absolutely stunning, definitely worth the price. Check in was easy, breakfast was delicious and the staff are so friendly (and also speak good English!) Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, will be back in the future.

Buena ubicacion,estacion de tren cerca ,autobuses etc. El hotel muy muy limpio y acogedor ,los empleados muy amables . Un 10 👍.Habitacion muy moderna con vistas muy chulas y sobre todo muy comoda . Recomendable 100%.

Horrible!!! La peor experiencia en mi vida ! Llegamos después de un largo viaje en un lugar que su “recepción”. Es en lade una cafetería, sin calefacción, las habitaciones median 1x1 lo peor en mi viaje a paris l, no caigan en las fotografías engañosas que ponen en su site.

Excelente lugar. A la vuelta hay un tren que te lleva directo al centro de la ciudad. Las camas cómodas. Baño privado. Limpieza diaria. Lo único que no me gustó fue la actitud de dos recepcionistas, eran españoles, tenían una actitud despota.
