“The hotel has a unique atmosphere that is so refreshing from the usual branded properties. Upon arrival, the guest service, especially the knowledgeable Jerome, made the afternoon brighter.
The room itself was clean, efficient and contained everything you need for a stay.
Chicago has many things and places to see, but having a base like the ACME, will make those things far more enjoyable.”
