“El hotel no está mal, pero me gustaría señalar la poca consideración de la dirección del hotel. Cometimos un error con las reservas al hacerlas para una persona en vez de dos cada habitación doble, aunque el precio era el mismo (venían también otros amigos con otra reserva bien hecha); incluso haciendo una nueva reserva delante de ellos en recepción para los próximos días se veía que costaba lo mismo la habitación con ocupación doble o individual. Entendería el suplemento si fuera diferente el precio, pero de esta manera lo veo como un abuso y falta de consideración hacia el cliente, aprovechándose de la situación. Y nos han cobrado un 40% más. No creo que vuelva. Me siento estafado.”

“Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Well maintained, clean with a nice selection for breakfast. Only thing that would put me off is the freezing cold, salty pool. But it might be an acquired taste and something that happens all over the island.”
