“The outside and lobby were beautiful. The room was average, for such a high end hotel I expected more elegance. The finishes were poorly done (i.e. the towel and the vents in the restroom were crooked and had gaps). The coffee creamer needs to be periodically checked because it was old and clumped. We had a handicap room, I guess it was geared to a wheelchair bound person because it was very spacious, however every handicap person is not wheelchair bound and it did not have appropriate seating for someone who needed it. Only one desk chair and one side chair, but I believe their should have been at least another side chair and a bathroom bench. The staff was very nice and courteous. Customer service was a plus. I did not take pictures, I wish I did. The view was pretty good. I actually stayed at another hotel, Home2 Suite in the Domain and this hotel was much more high end than Renaissance”
