“Stayed here with family in October. We only spent one night and got there well past midnight. The building is right off the highway, has onsite parking, and the door is locked after a certain time requiring either your room key or the someone at the front desk to let you in.This a good feature- too bad my digital room key was not working on the app and no one was answering the door bell. Had to call the hotel itself to be let in. The gentleman at the front desk was not the most welcoming at the start but after I explained that I had called to say I would be coming late (not to mention that I had also let the person who helped me book my stay as well) he gave me 2 physical room keys since the app was not working and something to place on the dashboard of our car. I suffer from a bad back but this was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in! I slept like a baby. Our shower had a leak in the neck of the shower head that made the walls, floor and toilet tissue wet. I let someone at the front desk know.The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The breakfast area could be better configured to accommodate more people but this is a minor thing. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel if you are driving through and need a pit stop. Fiquei aqui com a família em outubro. Passamos apenas uma noite e chegamos lá bem depois da meia-noite. O prédio fica próximo à rodovia, tem estacionamento no local e a porta é trancada depois de um certo tempo, exigindo a chave do seu quarto ou alguém na recepção para deixá-lo entrar. não estava funcionando no aplicativo e ninguém atendia a campainha. Tive que ligar para o próprio hotel para entrar. O senhor da recepção não foi o mais acolhedor no início, mas depois expliquei que havia ligado para dizer que chegaria atrasado (sem contar que também havia deixado o pessoa que me ajudou a reservar minha estadia também) ele me deu 2 chaves físicas do quarto, pois o aplicativo não estava funcionando e algo para colocar no painel do nosso carro. Eu sofro de dores nas costas, mas esta foi a melhor cama de hotel em que já dormi! Eu dormi como um bebê. Nosso chuveiro tinha um vazamento no gargalo do chuveiro que molhava as paredes, o chão e o papel higiênico. Avisei alguém da recepção. O café da manhã era variado e farto. A área do café da manhã poderia ser melhor configurada para acomodar mais pessoas, mas isso é uma coisa menor. No geral, foi uma estadia agradável e eu recomendaria este hotel se você estiver dirigindo e precisar de um pit stop.”

“Stayed from 9/5 - 9/8. The staff was outstanding in every way. Starting with Jonathan and Noor at the from desk. They were very courteous and professional in providing outstanding customer service. Ron the maintenance person was prompt in replacing a burnt out light. The housekeeping staff provided meticulous service in maintaining our room. My wife had spine surgery so she required a lot of rest and your hotel personnel made it very comfortable for her. Steve in the dining area insured that the buffet items were always available and he kept his area spotless. Recommend your staff be given a raise or bonus in providing selfless customer service above and beyond their normal duties. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you and kudos to your staff.”
