“Well first day the customer service was very unhelpful, on my reservations it never said what time check in was,, so we drove from NC over night ( 9 ) hours. When we got here about 9:30 am we were then told check in was at 4 , we explained our situation, had my grandson with us and he was very tired and uncomfortable, the didn’t care. I asked if they could try to get our room ready before and they simply said no, then they tell us we will get text when our room was ready. Never got a text. Finally after sitting in the lobby for 3 hours we decided to go get something to eat. When we got back I ask about our room. She said it was ready. I asked why we never got a text. System down. Keys didn’t work. Had yo have a man come up and open door. Next morning we go down yo breakfast in one of the restaurants that serve breakfast. 4 ppl , regular breakfast eggs , bacon and pancakes. The rest was all cakes etc $104plus $20 tip. Won’t be eating there any more. The room is very nice, house keeping very good. And water taxi to parks was cool. But as for coming back , don’t think so,I upgraded my room to get the fast pass. Room was the same standard room but changed over $500 and it was just for the passes. Sorry yo say but we had a much better and cheaper time at Disney. I don’t mind spending money. But not if it is not satisfying,,”
