Right near Main St, the tram, and the underground tunnel system (Plenty of restaurants down there to choose from).Jeremy brightened my whole day with his uplifting customer service attitude!That guy knows people and should be working front and center for sure!Rooms were very clean but had a tiny window with a view of the other side of the building.Elevators worked great and were very clean.Valet did a great job, but we did have to wait 10 mins once because nobody was at the entrance (was retrieving someone's car).Rooftop bar was decent with a great view of the city.Good deal for the area for sure. “The hotel stay was very relaxing. We loved the room and the staff were extremely friendly. I would’ve gave a 5 star rating but their romance package was a bit disappointing. I expected more of a nice decoration along with the wine and strawberries, even though there was a slight miscommunication and it was rushed it was still a nice touch but they should incorporate rose petals especially since that package is for a romantic evening. All in all the room was clean the hotel is beautiful inside and we will be back to enjoy the rooftop since it was raining during our stay. FYI the lady that made our drinks was amazing and the drinks came out delicious! We enjoyed room service which included waffles and chicken it was good as well just the chicken was overly fried. I don’t regret coming here! It was a nice staycation vibe. And the price is just an added bonus A estadia no hotel foi muito relaxante. Nós amamos o quarto e os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos. Eu teria dado uma classificação de 5 estrelas, mas o pacote de romance deles foi um pouco decepcionante. Eu esperava uma decoração mais agradável junto com o vinho e os morangos, embora tenha havido uma ligeira falta de comunicação e tenha sido apressado, ainda assim foi um toque agradável, mas eles deveriam incorporar pétalas de rosa, especialmente porque esse pacote é para uma noite romântica. No geral, o quarto estava limpo, o hotel é lindo por dentro e voltaremos para aproveitar a cobertura, pois choveu durante a nossa estadia. FYI a senhora que fez nossas bebidas foi incrível e as bebidas saíram deliciosas! Nós apreciamos o serviço de quarto, que incluía waffles e frango, era bom, apenas o frango estava excessivamente frito. Não me arrependo de vir aqui! Foi uma vibração agradável de estadia. E o preço é apenas um bônus adicional”
