“Was there now as part of a Kosher retreat with KMR. Hotel is way over 5 stars. Before you breath they know what you want and need. Super super spa. The most amazing staff. Great rooms. Great from top to bottom.”

“We were guests for a weekend in July.The hotel and its staff were excellent.However, we used the valet parking and noticed as soon as we came home that the front corner of our car was scraped. I called immediately and asked management to check their cameras ,giving the exact time of arrival and departure. After a somewhat lengthy time I was told the hotel would not reimburse me for the damages. True,I cannot prove that the valet service caused the damages,but a guest staying at a Park Hyatt should have some credibility.”
