Ashley Burney doesn’t understand how to take care of customers. Ten days later I should have my funds applied back to CC no such luck don’t let this place tell you they don’t accept Apple pay!

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Very nice large desk and closet, comfortable couch and bed. There's a full kitchen too which is very convenient. The free breakfast is surprisingly good with an assortment of eggs, sandwiches, pastries, oatmeal and coffee.

Wry good place to stay and good people too. The only annoying thing is that if you do not call for your hotel daily deposit you will not get it back. I stay here about once a month and have to call every single time for my money back.

I travel to fresno at least once a month. I typically always pick a different hotel based on location needs and price. I am seriously upset it’s taken me 5 years to find this place. It was clean. An when I mean it was clean I mean I touched shelves an didn’t find dust. Please tell the housekeeping to keep that up!!!! The location is great. The staff were wonderful. Bathroom was simple an clean. No mold or old bathrooms. The TV kinda sucked as it took forever to change a channel but oh well. Gym, pool, laundry area, an they allow animals. But please be respectful when bringing your animals. Pick up after yourself an don’t let them destroy a room an ruin it for those with good pets. We will be staying here again! I almost don’t want to post this so others won’t know an won’t stay leaving me with my hidden gem.

7/12/ This has a few reasons to stay here. The staff is great. Larissa helped book my stay. Savannah welcomed me at check in. She called and made sure everything was to my liking. The room has all I need including an oven. It's not far from restaurants and local shopping. I'll know more at the end of my stay. Ya Sabes
