“I expect more from 5 start hotel. On arrival we were informed that spa is not included in the room price, which wasn’t indicated during booking process ( night stay is not cheap, and it was the first time when I needed to pay extra for spa in the hotel I’m staying). A few hours after checking in my husband was electrocuted by the iron ( they did provide us with free breakfast for 1 day as a “sorry note”)
And to finish up our “great experience” we were charged 25 euros per day for the parking 😱. Which wouldn’t be such a big issue if personal of the hotel would care to mention that there is an extra charge during check in, which they did, just slipped their mind. So please be ready to pay extra if you came by car.

“This is the nicest Marriott property I've ever experienced. It is a wonderful hotel, elegant and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and I can't think of one thing I can criticize. Everything was world class. The pool and spa were very roomy and the water temp was perfect. There was a very nice changing room with lockers that actually locked. There was a nice sauna and steam room, and a juice bar in the lobby of the spa. The breakfast in the morning was spectacular - there were so many choices! The staff were friendly and helpful and our rooms were cleaned every day. I loved the electronic shades that blacked out all light at night, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. As Bonvoy members, we were able to take advantage of the club room, where we enjoyed snacks in the afternoon and happy hour in the evening. I loved every minute of our stay!”
