“Stayed for 2 nights. Pros: The hotel is nice, clean, good breakfast, and gardens in front a nice perk (can sip a glass of wine at the end of a day). Cons: Beds are really hard and pillows could be a lot better.Could not check-in until after 6PM.Although the hotel was prepaid in advance through Agoda, the hotel charged upon checkout in error.They partially rectified the error by giving a reimbursement on my credit card in local currency, however since my credit card uses a different currency, I am out of pocket $30 which they will not even bother to address.I have sent multiple emails, with absolutely no response.So why should I be out of pocket when it was their error??Not good customer service.”
