Worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed. Room absolutely sticks like cigarette smoke. Smoke detector is actually stained yellow... my allergies are going off. I recommend staying clear of this place. Oh yeah I almost forgot the safe had cigarette ash in it. Complete rip of I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

Propriedade agradável, buffet de café da manhã super incrível. Fácil acesso ao centro de Oakland ou até mesmo a São Francisco. Nada supera o norte da Califórnia. Ótimo hotel!

Great staff but terrible van service. Although it's only a 5 minute drive from the airport, both times I was there (within one week), the driver took 30 and 45 minutes to get there. This is made worse by the fact that we called ahead and they told us the van runs at scheduled times, which was fine except we were at the curb waiting at the scheduled times and still had to wait for 30 and 45 minutes. Also, there are about 2 outlets in the entire room. Time for some renovations

I checked in Sept 22, 2020 I checked out less then 30 min later. First room I think was 3118 I sat on the bed and instantly had over 20 fleas on my arm. Looked at bed and hundreds of little black guests. Desk was nice and moved me to another room. This room wasn't as bad I sat on bed and then noticed 5 or 6 fleas. No thanks I checked out and went to the Hampton 2 miles away.

If anyone is looking for deals for hotel rooms check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a hotel on there and these guys had the absolute best rates worldwide! I stay here for work. Nice property, super awesome breakfast buffet. Easy access to downtown Oakland or even San Francisco. Nothing beats Northern California. Great hotel!

Hospedado há uma semana para 3 dias e se mudou para 3 quartos diferentes. Primeira noite, fui acordado por um som pingando. Pensei que talvez a pia do banheiro estivesse pingando ou no chuveiro. Eu finalmente me levantei para verificar e não era nada. Água estava chegando através da luminária onde a combinação banheira / chuveiro está. Eu liguei sobre isso e eles estavam dispostos a se mudar, mas eram 430-5h da manhã. Quando me mudaram para o segundo quarto, o cheiro era horrível. Cheirava a animais ou mofo. Não sei ao certo. Sei que os hotéis permitem animais, mas não deve ter o cheiro nem mofo. O terceiro quarto parecia melhor, mas não muito. Parecia que também tinha um odor. Eu, pessoalmente, nunca vou ficar lá novamente. As folhas da cama estavam sujas. Esta é a minha opinião. Para ser justo, eles reduziram o preço, mas não o suficiente para o inconveniente. Eu sei que se eu fosse alguém mais proeminente, teria sido reembolsado.

Esta en muy buena ubicación solo que deberían tener zona donde puedan fumar o poner a huéspedes con niños lejos de fumadores como a las 12 amentro el olor a weed fuerte a mi habitación es molesto porque tengo un niño de 3 años y a la 1:30 am fueron a tocar mi puerta talvez alguien se equivoco de número querían abrir no se si hay vigilancia para el lugar pero no mire este lugar segurofui por un café aquí todo tiene precio hasta el café el estacionamiento$22 dolarespor noche en el futuro no escogería este lugar para hospedaje.

Stayed there a week ago for 3days and moved into 3 different rooms. First night I was awakened by a dripping sound. I thought maybe the bathroom sink was dripping or shower. I finally got up to check it out and it was neither. Water was coming through the light fixture were the tub/shower combo is. I called about it and they were willing to move but it was 430-5am in the morning. When they did move me to the second room it smelled awful. Smelled of animals or mold. Don’t know for sure. I know hotels are allowing animals but it shouldn’t smell like it nor mold. The third room seemed better but not much. It to seem to have had a odor as well. I personally will never stay there ever again.Sheets on the bed were dingy looking. This is my opinion. In fairness they did take some off the price but not enough for the inconvenience. I know if I was someone more prominent I would have been refunded.

Embora o quarto estivesse limpo e confortável, por volta das 23h30, alguém estava aspirando o quarto acima do meu; isso me acordou e eu não consegui adormecer. A localização é perfeita, pois fica a 1,6 km do local de aluguel de carros do aeroporto.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, about 11:30pm, someone was vacuuming on the room above mine; it woke me up and I was unable to fall asleep. The location is perfect as it’s one mile from the car rental place for the airport.

Grande estacionamento e serviço de hotel amigável.É bem próximo ao aeroporto, então pense no barulho.O café da manhã é servido no café das 6h às 10h, de segunda a sexta-feira. Fins de semana são das 6 às 11 horas.Serviço de transfer do aeroporto 4:00 às 2:00 Os ônibus partem a cada 20 minutos.As lojas de presentes estão abertas das 7h às 11h e das 17h às 21h.A piscina está aberta das 7:00 às 22:00.
