CityWalk nightlife is 5 minutes' walk away and accessible by water taxi. Early Park Admission* to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ and Universal's Volcano Bay™ water theme park 1 hour before the theme parks opens. (Valid theme park admission required.) A 12000-square-foot pool with underwater music and rock and roll memorabilia decor is on site. Guests can also enjoy American fare at Palm Restaurant on site for dinner. “Best hotel ever! First, the theme is great!Pool awesome.On-site food is great!You also never know who you are going to run into!!!Concerts right in the lobby!Walk right to the park!Food and ice cream right on premise.Great restaurant which is a must try.What else can you say?”

“Let’s be real, the only reason to book here is for the express pass. If you’re not going to universal studios or islands of adventure, there are better hotels.The place seems a bit dated and I don’t think they can charge any higher for the food, although I’m sure they would if they could. The pool area goes only to about 3.5’ deep, so it’s pretty lame if you’re in your 20’s. Paid about $60 for TWO drinks at the pool. Huh?? The room had mold in it, so I’m not sure they clean as well as they should, considering COVID. At least the fitness area is nice…I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth at this hotel. I think they can do better for almost $800 a night after all the fees are included. I will not be coming back.”
