“Quite possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed at in NYC. This was our first time staying at a Kimpton Hotel and we loved it. It was by far the most spacious room we've ever had in an NYC hotel and our room was very clean and had large windows for lots of natural light. Despite being close to the elevator, we found our room to be very quiet. The best part of our stay was the very helpful staff. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and attentive and I greatly appreciated that they checked in with us daily via text. It turned out to be a big help when my son left a personal item in our room after we checked out. Being able to text someone helped us locate the item quickly and the security staff kept the item safe until I could send them a shipping label to send it to our home. The free coffee from the cafe was a treat I enjoyed daily and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Chelsea and the Lower villages. We came to NYC for the US Open and with subway & train stations just blocks away, it made getting to and from the Open so convenient. We will definitely be back to the Kimpton Eventi.”
