Finally a hotel in Washington Heights! I have family in the area and on previous visits had to AirB&B to stay anywhere close. The room was clean, comfortable and compact. It’s obviously planned to make maximal use of every inch. The bed was comfortable and in a neat little alcove with a big window overlooking the courtyard. The space saving design of a few things was a little cramped. It was awkward to squeeze over it to wash your face at the sink and the fridge was unbelievably shallow, one water bottle wide. We had to stand a sandwich vertically to fit it. And that didn’t even seem to be for space saving reasons. The cube where it was located was the size of a normal mini-fridge. ??? The staff were friendly and professional. The price was pretty reasonable for NYC. We’ll definitely stay here again. Finalmente um hotel em Washington Heights! Tenho família na área e em visitas anteriores tive que AirB&B para ficar em qualquer lugar perto. O quarto era limpo, confortável e compacto. Obviamente, está planejado para fazer uso máximo de cada centímetro. A cama era confortável e em uma pequena alcova com uma grande janela com vista para o pátio. O design de economia de espaço de algumas coisas era um pouco apertado. Muito bom hotel moderno com cores brilhantes a 5 minutos a pé do metro.Infelizmente, os quartos foram limpos apenas uma vez em 4 dias. Informamos a recepção, mas ninguém veio limpar apesar do nosso pedido. Eu acho que o hotel sabe disso e eles estão economizando pessoal. Vergonha !O bairro é sujo, mas não achamos perigoso, mesmo que algumas pessoas estranhas não inspirem confiança.

The hotel is cool and trendy. The staff was polite. However, it was extremely obvious that my sheets were not fresh. You could clearly see that someone had slept on one side of the bed and there was hair in the sheets. Absolutely disgusting! To their credit, when I called the front desk someone immediately came up to change the sheets but that didn't make it any less disgusting.Plus the room just wasn't very clean overall. Then I kept hearing dripping throughout the night. I thought it was the shower but it was actually the lighting fixture above the toilet that was leaking water. I didn't event want to think about where that water was coming from. The front desk staff assured me that someone from management would contact me but that did not happen. Fortunately, it was a short stay. I would not stay here again. If you decide to, be sure to check the sheets. O hotel é legal e moderno. A equipe foi educada. Stayed for 3 nights - don't really have any complaints to be honest this is a solid, well run hotel, great hotel. - Staff are all lovely and very helpful - Bed very comfy, air-con super strong - Really colourful design throughout the hotel, felt fresh, young and vibrant. - Always security on the door, you need a key to use the elevator and an easy to use safe in the room. Very secure feeling - I've seen some complaints about the room size, I don't really understand why... space to hang clothes, store toiletries. I mean what else do you want? I think we had a queen room - number 804 - I believe it is a Dominican area(?), lots of cheap shops near by, tonnes of fast food and we took a walk to North end and had amazing burgers - recommend checking north end for food and a drink. Cab driver to and from the hotel were both warning us of how awful the area is and how we shouldn't be there but we didn't really understand why... - The restaurant within the hotel was always busy, we feel like we missed out and should have gone so I would make time for that. - As for noise no complaints, nice and quiet, our room looked out over the bridge which I really like Se hospedado por 3 noites - realmente não reclamações para ser honesto este é um sólido, bem administrado hotel, ótimo hotel. - Os funcionários são todos adoráveis e muito prestativos - Cama muito confortável, ar condicionado super forte - Design realmente colorido em todo o hotel, parecia fresco, jovem e vibrante. - Sempre segurança na porta, você precisa de uma chave para usar o elevador e um cofre fácil de usar no quarto. What a terrific hotel! Just a quick trip over to the Cloisters, the Botanical Gardens and Yankee Stadium.The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The rooms are small, but there has been such attention to detail you are likely to find everything you need, tucked just in the right space. The fitness room is similar: Small, but well appointed with everything a casual gym user like me could want. Wish we could have stayed longer to try the restaurant and eat in the courtyard.The best part were the staff: helpful, friendly, accommodating and briskly competent. O que um ótimo hotel! Basta uma rápida viagem até os Claustros, o Jardim Botânico e o Yankee Stadium.O hotel é novo e bem projetado. Os quartos são pequenos, mas houve tanta atenção aos detalhes que é provável que você encontre tudo o que precisa, bem no espaço certo. A sala de ginástica é semelhante: pequena, mas bem equipada com tudo que um usuário casual de academia como eu poderia desejar. Gostaria que pudéssemos ter ficado mais tempo para experimentar o restaurante e comer no pátio.A melhor parte foi a equipe: útil, amigável, acolhedora e competente.

This post is informative, not to praise or bash.The staff was very welcoming and warm.The rooms are what made our stay so uncomfortable.They are small and hard to maneuver. The floors are concrete and slippery for older guests.There is no closet or ample shelving for suitcases.The bathroom is not walled off, only a frosted glass, so showering is very uncomfortable.Guests sitting on the beds can see in.The restaurant is delicious but the music is so loud you can not visit.There is no parking on-site.You must park in their garage a block away.We checked in after dark so my sister and I had to walk that block in Harlem by ourselves.We felt very unsafe.This hotel is really for thise who only need a bed for the night but not necessarily an enjoyable stay.

a un funcionario de nuestra empresa le cobraron 50 dolares por si el consumía algo del mini bar le dijeron que eran reembolsables pero nunca llego el dinero. y hemos podio comunicarlos

I had a great night here. The rooms were very nice and utilized the space very well.The shower was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. There's a nice elegant restaurant and bar on-site as well. I also really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with all the locals out and about. I'd definitely like to return. Eu tive uma ótima noite aqui. Os quartos eram muito bons e aproveitavam muito bem o espaço. O chuveiro era espaçoso e o colchão era muito confortável. Há um restaurante e bar elegante e agradável no local também. Eu também gostei muito de passear pelo bairro com todos os moradores locais. Eu definitivamente gostaria de voltar.

This is a newer hotel in the Washington Heights neighborhood. I liked its aesthetic when I walked in as the main lobby is very colorful. I thought everyone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The actual room I stayed in was pictured how it was advertised and was very spacious for two people. I liked the novelty of the room, and the bright red colors throughout. However, the room was not thoroughly cleaned and that was a bit disappointing. I brought it up to the front desk’s attention, and they “cleaned it” but even after the clean, I still found some stuff under my bed that was not mine (loose candy and papers). It made me a bit uneasy to stay in the room, but since I wasn’t staying for very long, I let it go. I think as they are so new, they should be making sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned especially under the bed, drawers, bathrooms, etc. Other than that, it’s pretty accessible to the T and is about a four minute walk away. There’s also a really nice Dominican restaurant right next door to it which has a great selection of food. Wouldn’t mind staying again if they could situate the cleaning of rooms out. Este é um hotel mais novo no bairro de Washington Heights. Gostei de sua estética quando entrei, pois o lobby principal é muito colorido. Achei que todos na recepção foram muito simpáticos e acolhedores. O quarto real em que fiquei foi retratado como foi anunciado e era muito espaçoso para duas pessoas. Gostei da novidade da sala e das cores vermelhas brilhantes por toda parte. No entanto, o quarto não foi completamente limpo e isso foi um pouco decepcionante. Chamei a atenção da recepção, e eles “limparam”, mas mesmo depois da limpeza, ainda encontrei algumas coisas debaixo da minha cama que não eram minhas (doces e papéis soltos). Fiquei um pouco desconfortável em ficar no quarto, mas como não ia ficar muito tempo, deixei pra lá. Eu acho que como eles são tão novos, eles deveriam se certificar de que os quartos sejam completamente limpos, especialmente embaixo da cama, gavetas, banheiros, etc. Fora isso, é bastante acessível ao T e fica a cerca de quatro minutos a pé. Há também um restaurante dominicano muito bom ao lado, que tem uma ótima seleção de comida. Não se importaria de ficar novamente se eles pudessem situar a limpeza dos quartos fora.

The customer service was good at hotel. The front desk people were friendly and polite and willing to answer any questions you may have. Housekeeping staff was great especially the director..The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is good. They're still building out rooms and other spaces but the potential is great. I plan on staying there again. O serviço ao cliente foi bom no hotel. A recepção pessoas foram amigável e educada e dispostos a responder a quaisquer perguntas que possa ter. A equipe de arrumação foi ótima, especialmente o diretor.. A equipe faz de tudo para garantir que sua estadia seja boa. Eles ainda estão construindo salas e outros espaços, mas o potencial é grande. Pretendo ficar lá novamente.

Tuve una gran noche aquí. Las habitaciones eran muy bonitas y utilizaban muy bien el espacio. La ducha era espaciosa y el colchón era muy cómodo. También hay un bonito y elegante restaurante y un bar en el lugar. También disfruté mucho caminando por el vecindario con todos los lugareños. Definitivamente me gustaría volver.

The customer service was good at hotel. The front desk people were friendly and polite and willing to answer any questions you may have.
