Ficamos no NH Chamberi e a estadia neste hotel foi simplesmente extraordinária. Os quartos espaçosos e luminosos, bem como as suas instalações, e a limpeza estavam impecáveis. Por outro lado, a localização é imbatível. O mais notável foi sem dúvida a sua excelente equipa, super simpática e atenciosa, foram sempre muito atenciosos e preocupados que a nossa estadia fosse a melhor, são verdadeiros profissionais. Voltaremos com certeza, recomendado 100%

Fiquei neste Hotel por uma semana e fiquei muito satisfeito com as instalações e principalmente com a equipe. Especialmente com Juan, o recepcionista, e com Víctor, o garçom que serviu o café da manhã. Dois grandes profissionais que tornaram a minha estadia mais do que confortável. Obrigado.

Nos quedamos en el NH Chamberi y la estancia en este hotel ha sido simplemente extraordinaria. Las habitaciones amplias y luminosas, asi como sus instalaciones, y de limpieza estaba impoluto. Por otro lado, la ubicacion es inmejorable. Lo mas destacable sin duda fue su excelente personal, super amables y detallistas, siempre estuvieron muy atentos y preocupados porque nuestra estancia fuera la mejor, son verdaderos profesionales. Volveremos seguro, recomendado 100%

Excelente. Ubicado en muy buena zona y a pesar del ajetreo de la calle, las habitaciones estás totalmente aisladas. El personal muy agradable. Recomendable 100%.

Me he alojado en este Hotel durante una semana y he quedado muy satisfecho con las instalaciones y sobre todo con el personal. En especial con Juan, el recepcionista, y con Víctor, el camarero que servía los desayunos. Dos grandes profesionales que han hecho que mi estancia haya resultado más que confortable. Gracias.

Hotel perfeito, com recepção muito profissional. Muito bom preço. Limpeza perfeita e ótima área. Trocamos pelo Melia Chamberí que costumávamos ir e eles venderam para chineses sem recepção em Chamberi e é uma verdadeira descoberta pela metade do preço.

Hotel perfecto, con recepción muy profesional. Muy bien de precio. Limpieza perfecta y zona genial. Lo hemos cambiado por el Melia chamberí que íbamos antes y han vendido a chinos sin recepción en Chamberi y es todo un descubrimiento a mitad de precio.

Para mi el mejor hotel de la zona y he probado muchos. La mejor calidad precio, ponen las cosas del baño no como los Melia que no ponen ni un cepillo de dientes y se comparten botes que rellenan para todo. Muy buen trato y tranquilidad.

Os familiares que vieram visitar ficaram e mal conseguiam descansar devido ao barulho causado por um bar / discoteca que fica bem em frente. É uma pena porque o hotel é ótimo (quartos limpos, equipe atenciosa, ...), mas enquanto aquele bar ainda estiver lá, ... duvido que eles se repitam.

Se alojaron unos familiares que venían de visita y no pudieron apenas descansar por el ruido provocado por un bar/discoteca que está justo enfrente. Es una pena porque el hotel es estupendo (habitaciones limpias, personal atento,...), pero mientras siga ese bar ahí,...dudo que repitan.

O quarto é muito bom, a localização é muito boa, o problema é com a discoteca que fica por baixo. A recepção não dá qualquer solução nem avisa com antecedência, simplesmente que a discoteca fecha às 5 e pode ficar sem dar uma solução. Um hotel para o qual nunca mais voltar

La habitación muy bien, la ubicación muy bien, el problema lo tienes con la discoteca que se sitúa debajo. La recepción no da ninguna solución ni te avisa de antemano, simplemente que cierra la discoteca a las 5 y que te aguantes sin dar solución. Un hotel al que nunca volver

Um hotel com localização interessante de algumas ruas principais e com algum oferta de restauração na zona. O mesmo também está bem serviço de transportes (metro e autocarro). Os funcionários são super simpáticos e atenciosos. Relativamente aos quartos não há nada de mal a relatar! Amplos, confortáveis, limpos, e acolhedores! O hotel dispõe ainda de restaurante onde são servidos os pequenos-almoços. Os mesmos são muito variados e de qualidade.

I thought that this was a really nice hotel, with friendly staff, good rooms and ok breakfast option. It is close to several public transport links and thus I think it deserves a recommendation. During my visit (20 June) the air condition didn't work and I had a room overlooking a terrible little courtyard that smelled of "commercial kitchen" - I was hot, I can tell you that ;)

A very nice experience at Hotel NH Madrid Chamberi.Extremely helpful receptionists and clean rooms. The Hotel is a few metres away from Rios Rozas and Alonso Cano Metro Stations. These provides easy access to the centre especially Sol Metro Station.The hotel is situated around 20 to 30 minutes from Madeid Airport by taxi and a trip costs €30.Adjacent to the Hotel are various local restaurants serving tapas and good beer. Opposite the hotel is a Gourmet shop selling various cheeses, ham and local produce.A highly recommended hotel.

Stayed there for close to 4 nights. Rooms are not spacious, but fine. Quite good for 2 people. Restaurant within the hotel is not functioning 24X7, so beware if you are checking in late. Water -they charge you 2.5 € for a small bottle. Probably get one from outside. Not in the middle of business centre - it’s hardly 15 mins walk to reach the business centre. Breakfast was part of package - but repetitive, so was boring.

We got a suite room on 6th floor with a very nice and big terrace. It was great to chill here whenever we were in the room. Living room has a sofa bed which makes the room perfect for travellers with a family. We are a family of 4, our daughter enjoyed having her own space at night on the sofa bed and little one was comfortable in his baby cot. Hotel provided a bathroom set with baby shampoo, shower gel, baby lotion and a sponge, it was a very nice touch! Hotel windows have very good sounds insolation, we were not disturbed with outside noice at all which is important for us, as while travelling with small children having a good night sleep #1 priority. Thank you, we will definitely return here on our future travels as we come to Madrid every year to visit family

The hotel is worth for money. It comes with nice and new interior. The location is very strategic as it really near to Metro (Alonso Cano) station and surrounded by many bars and supermarket. Theonly thing bad thing I experienced here is the breakfast served here is same for consecutive 5 days. The staffs in reception seldom smile (very serious face) except a lady named Cristina, very sweet all the time.
