“Hotel shuttle pickup was a struggle took over 30 minutes at 11PM. (return in the morning was fine- it leaves once per hour).
Room was comfortable- located near airport. I was not informed about my Hilton Honors benefits. I had to ask. There a fee for breakfast and coffee. It was tasty but made individually and not a speedy process”
