Loved our stay here. The staff was amazing - always going out of their way to make sure we were having a great experience. The rooms were spacious and clean as were all the common areas. The gym was well equipped and the kids always had activities to participate in. The food was fantastic.

A true 5 star resort w 4 diamond dinning The resort is spotless , staff is attendant when you need them. Clearly the best food I've enjoyed at an all inclusive resort. Puerto Vallarta has a great old town area to explore and shop.

This was our second visit to the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. We have travelled all over Mexico for the past 15 years and this is our favourite resort. The staff are excellent, food is outstanding and over all service is exceptional.

The best part was the service they provide. We were welcomed like royalty. Our concierge Luis, our driver Alonso and all the staff made us feel like family. We tried all the restaurants, and they're so good, I can't tell which one is better. The waiters by the pool are always on top of your needs. The activities, spa, music, the bar, and shows were 5-star. Last but not least, our room was spacious and impeccable.

This is the best all inclusive resort I've ever been to. I travel frequently and I have never been to an all inclusive this encompassing. The rooms are elegant and spacious (this is an ocean view master suite). You have your own private balcony and jacuzzi tub. The service is five star, which makes sense. I had my own concierge along with room service included. The room contains a fully stocked snack bar with juice, pop, beer, and tea. This snack set is replenished daily. The room also has complimentary bottles of wine and water which are also replaced when used. This resort has 5 different restaurants which are included, pool side bars and beach service. There is a teen club and kids activities as well. You should be here!
