“The worst serviced apartment experience for long stay!! after three freezing nights and calling reception and complaining about the central heater system first they said its not working today, then they said Aw we do not have air conditioner at all, and after contacting the main office here was the silly reply: WE DID NOT SAY ON OUR WEBSITE THAT WE HAVE ANY COOLING OR HEATING SYSTEM!!!! and I was shocked because I thought nowadays thats the most basic facility of a serviced apartment which is charging 3500£ per month. After complaining they provide a tiny radiator which was not enough for the size of the room and when I asked for more, I realised how unprofessional the staff is!!!The second problem was the cleaner who left the window open after cleaning and the room was just like freezer when I came back! and the this one was lack of HOT water for a DAY! and after calling reception , again first they denied that and after 2 more times of calling they accepted and said it is fixed now you can try which unfortunately was not fixed ! To make a long story short : Unprofessional and Rude team( not recommended at all!) A pior experiência de apartamento com serviços para longa estadia !! depois de três noites gélidas, ligando para a recepção e reclamando sobre o sistema de aquecimento central, eles disseram que não está funcionando hoje, então disseram Aw, não temos ar condicionado, e depois de entrar em contato com o escritório principal aqui estava a resposta tola: NÃO FIZEMOS DIGA NO NOSSO SITE QUE TEMOS QUALQUER SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAÇÃO OU AQUECIMENTO !!!! e fiquei chocado porque pensei que hoje em dia essa é a instalação mais básica de um apartamento de manutenção que cobra 3500 £ por mês. Depois de reclamar que eles fornecem um pequeno radiador que não foi suficiente para o tamanho da sala e quando eu pedi mais, eu percebi como não profissional a equipe é !!! O segundo problema foi o aspirador que deixou a janela aberta após a limpeza eo quarto era como congelador quando voltei! e este foi a falta de água quente por um dia! e depois de ligar para a recepção, novamente primeiro eles negaram que e depois de mais 2 vezes de telefonar eles aceitaram e disseram que está consertado agora você pode tentar que infelizmente não foi consertado! Para encurtar a história: Equipe não profissional e rude (não recomendado em tudo!)”

“Some findings I made during my stay here:The shower door is very hard to close and water is thereby ending up everywhere.The wifi works every now and then, I'm not sure why but I asked a couple of times without a good answer.Walls in the room are damaged because of heavy use (?) and with cracks. Doesn't look very nice.Some spotlights work intermittently, quite disturbing.The shower has had cold water 20% of the times I wanted to take a shower. And I stayed for a month.It is a huge crack in the kitchen bench that no one seemed to care about.it looked quite old.The tap in the kitchen is leaking over the whole kitchen-bench, which makes it hard to find it qualitative. Leave papers here over the day and they're useless.Cupboards are built to fit exact to the bench an not the usual standard with two cm overbuild, which means that you bump your toes into the cupboards all the time.The cupboards does not close properly but "swing out" every now and then, super annoying!The reception have got no control what so ever over what mail comes in and where it is. I had five mails waiting and the third time I asked they "found" it with the old receiving date. They blamed it on the Royal Mail.The fridge opens in the wrong direction and is put inside a cupboard that opens in the other direction. Surely someone must have laughed hard when they installed this, it is actually a bit like Fawlty Towers!Ventilation remote on the wall does not work. Seem to be from the 80's.TV is old and remote does work every tenth try (yes, we changed the batteries!)It smells from the toilet sometimes. Nasty!Please stay here if you want to get pissed off over such little things as above. If you don't care about these trivialities do book a room, because the location is good. Algunos hallazgos que hice durante mi estadía aquí:La puerta de la ducha es muy difícil de cerrar y el agua termina por todas partes.El wifi funciona de vez en cuando, no estoy seguro de por qué, pero pregunté un par de veces sin una buena respuesta.Las paredes de la habitación están dañadas debido al uso intensivo (?) Y con grietas. No se ve muy bien.Algunos focos funcionan de manera intermitente, bastante inquietante.La ducha ha tenido agua fría el 20% de las veces que quería ducharme. Y me quedé por un mes.Es una grieta enorme en el banco de la cocina que a nadie parecía importarle. Parecía bastante viejo.El grifo de la cocina está goteando sobre todo el banco de la cocina, lo que hace que sea difícil encontrarlo cualitativo. Deja papeles aquí durante el día y son inútiles.Los armarios están diseñados para ajustarse exactamente al banco, no es el estándar habitual con una construcción excesiva de dos cm, lo que significa que golpeas los dedos de los pies en los armarios todo el tiempo.Los armarios no se cierran correctamente, pero se "abren" de vez en cuando, ¡súper molesto!La recepción no tiene control sobre qué correo llega y dónde está. Tenía cinco correos en espera y la tercera vez que les pregunté lo "encontraron" con la fecha de recepción anterior. Le echaron la culpa al correo real.El refrigerador se abre en la dirección incorrecta y se coloca dentro de un armario que se abre en la otra dirección. Seguramente alguien debe haberse reído mucho cuando instalaron esto, ¡en realidad es un poco como Fawlty Towers!La ventilación remota en la pared no funciona. Parece ser de los años 80.La televisión es vieja y el control remoto funciona cada diez intentos (sí, ¡cambiamos las baterías!)Huele del baño a veces. ¡Asqueroso!Por favor, quédate aquí si quieres enojarte por cosas tan pequeñas como las anteriores. Si no te importan estas trivialidades, reserva una habitación, porque la ubicación es buena.”
