“I had a three night stay at this hotel and had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a good location, it is a 5 minute walk from the tram network that runs straight to the old city of Venice. Despite encountering some issues with my room, the staff were very accommodating and solved my issues immediately. The morning breakfast was good and the local area was quiet.”

“Friendly service, rooms ok except for all the bird poo on the windows which doesn't make for pleasant viewing. Resturant food choice needs to be a bit more relaxed. Limited choices and no real casual food.”
