Gina, Tiffany and our Jamaica girl had the best service and communication.We checked into this hotel last minute, they gave us options for early check-in, let us choose what was best and informed us of the construction (which wasn't an issue at all) overall the cleaning of this hotel was beautiful and above standards. Every team member we ran into was gracious and helpful.Highly recommend this hotel, their staff makes it an experience not just a stay. Não sou uma pessoa que deixa muitos comentários. From the time we got there valet was very nice. The front desk staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was very clean and cozy, best sleep I've gotten in a while. The entire hotel was beautiful. We definitely enjoyed the views from the roof top bar. We will be staying again next trip. A partir do momento em que chegamos lá com manobrista foi muito bom. By far, what makes this hotel a five star experience is the location AND the front desk staff!! We’ve done Savannah a dozen times as a quick getaway from Atlanta, but this hotel staff made this our best experience ever!Spacious studio or a luxurious suite, you can’t go wrong with either choice. The rooftop bar is fantastic with a beautiful view (proximity is key) and the bartender was super nice. And can’t rave enough about the great (Hot) breakfast served every morning!!!Down sides (every place has a couple) are the loud construction going on either side. It’s annoying but the location at Riverfront makes it bearable. Also, they don’t advertise that they charge $42 daily for valet parking. There’s no self parking option. However, the $42 covers an unlimited amount of valet access daily. We stayed 7 days and didn’t move the truck but once for a day trip to Tybee. The walking distances from the hotel to everywhere we wanted to go were romantic and the city buses were clean AND FREE!!Overall, value, cleanliness, and location and the super attentive front desk employees all make this the hotel you’ll want to book for a trip to Savannah. Great breakfast, excellent service, the suite we stayed in was absolutely fantastic with a great view of the riverfront and the roof top is just an extra added perk and treat during your stay. And not to leave out the free Ferry ride which is within walking distance from the hotel. The valley service is top notch and would definitely recommend and give 10 stars if I could!!!! I'll be back soon Homewood and maybe you'll have some travel agent discounts I can take advantage of next visit!!!! Eu definitivamente voltarei para fazer o check-in neste hotel!!! O serviço de vale é de primeira qualidade e definitivamente recomendaria e daria 10 estrelas se eu pudesse!!!! I stayed here for two nights while in the area for work. The hotel is located at the end of the waterfront area. There is currently lots of construction going on in the area.The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are very clean and feels up to date. Check in process was quick and front desk staff were very friendly and professional.This area is a tourist attraction, so expect lots of families and screaming kids in the hallways.Breakfast is good for a free breakfast. Go early to avoid the crowds as there are limited seating.Lots of food options within walking distance. Would definitely consider staying here again when I'm in the area for work. We booked a regular room but were assigned an ADA-accessible room.We went back to the front desk to say we didn't feel right about taking this type of room when we are able-bodied.The clerk was rude, rolled his eyes at us, and said the hotel was full, that was all they had.Yet he offered us a larger room for a substantial additional fee. Were they full or not full?He acted like we were intruding on his time and wanted us to just go away.The housekeeping staff needs training as well.The bed was made up with the mattress cover as the top sheet.Who does that?I tried reaching the manager 8 times after our stay.I left messages each time and never got a return call.Unacceptable.The breakfast was fair and the staff in the dining room was very nice.The valet parking was very expensive.I know we could have made a much better choice in hotels.Hilton was a disappointment. She offered to "call our room" but gave off the impression was sincerely the "least" she could do. (Who waits by their hotel room phone? That's why we have smartphones). As well as the pool area was not well kept water wise, creating a corner of hair and grime in the corner. The pool was warm because the heated pool feature was not turned off during a very hot week in June. (One day was real feel of 114). So yes, it's a good hotel, the rest of the staff did do well, the valet works SUPER hard to be efficient, knowledgeable and welcoming. There are shining employees at this location and great rooftop service for drinks and food. I would come back and hopefully next time it will be running better after coming out of a pandemic. Convenientemente localizado, perto de muitos restaurantes excelentes, funcionários muito experientes, excelente vista panorâmica do rio. Dou ao hotel três estrelas porque não recebemos a cama king size que originalmente reservamos e estávamos em uma cama queen size. Além disso, quando solicitados a mudar de quarto, não pudemos mudar naquela noite e o gerente do hotel fez um esforço mínimo para mudar de quarto e acabamos ficando no mesmo quarto durante toda a estadia. Ela se ofereceu para "ligar para o nosso quarto", mas deu a impressão de ser sinceramente o "mínimo" que ela poderia fazer. (Quem espera pelo telefone do quarto do hotel? É por isso que temos smartphones). Assim como a área da piscina não estava bem conservada em termos de água, criando um canto de cabelo e sujeira no canto. A piscina estava quente porque o recurso de piscina aquecida não foi desligado durante uma semana muito quente em junho. (Um dia foi uma sensação real de 114). Então, sim, é um bom hotel, o resto da equipe se saiu bem, o manobrista trabalha SUPER para ser eficiente, experiente e acolhedor. Even if you don't have a water view room, the rooftop bar has a great view. The rooms were spacious and our bedroom even had a ceiling fan which is what we are used to at home. Included breakfast was nothing elaborate but was good and helped keep the travel expenses under control. Only valet parking is available but it was convenient and the valet staff was very nice. There is some road noise during the day but not at night when trying to sleep. Definitely would stay at this property again! Primeira vez hospedado em Homewood Suites e extremamente feliz. Muy agradable hotel. Las personas que trabajan allí son muy cálidas y atentas. Especialmente concierge y personal de desayuno.Excelente ubicación para conocer Savannah. Desayuno contundente, rico y variado. Buffet.El bar en el último piso y su piscina maravilloso!!! En las noches realizan happy hour y música en vivo. Pueden estar seguros que en las habitaciones no se escucha nada.Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas muy cómodas. El internet del hotel funciona excelente!En época de covid no hay servicio de housekeeping. Si uno está más de tres noches, sería conveniente, prestar este servicio.

Excelente elección, comodas, limpias y modernas suites, con cocina, nevera y hasta lava platos. La ubicación es excelente, a pie del río y a pasos del centro histórico.

En general está bien excepto algunos detalles como por ejemplo al llegar front desk no hizo reconocimiento de q somos miembros de Hilton Honors ni entrego las botellas de agua que corresponden por la membresia hasta Que le dijimos y lo entrego. Un detalle chistoso las tasas de café de la habitación no son compatibles con la cafetera son más pequeñas y se rebosa el café si usas las medidas q la misma cafetera te indica
