“DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!! I don’t know how this place got so many decent reviews, much less so many 4-5 star reviews. Are we even staying at the same place?
First of all, none of the TVs worked, and I have no idea where the internet was. I called to let them know and NO ONE answered, even after multiple attempts. I went to go to the front office to complain and I go to open the door and the door knob falls right off the door.
Worst of all is it’s not clean at all. Around the door the ground looks to have mold all over it. There was trash around the door when we got there. All of the sheets have stains on them (and glitter) and they don’t even smell fresh at all. The couch had potatoes chips under the cushions. Most of the dishes didn’t look clean and had visible dirt on them. Plus, multiple lights didn’t even work.
I’m not very difficult to please. We are a military family with 4 small children… But this place is not as advertised. If we weren’t already so tired from traveling all day, I would have packed up and left.”

“First visit here since the name change. It appears no cleaning or maintenance has been done in a year. This place could easily be a three star hotel if they trained their employees and clean the place up. Our check out staff member was very argumentative . I think this lady was hired solely based on her meeting a diversity goal.”
