“Honestly, they say its a 5 star hotel, I dont know who rated this hotel but clearly they need to put on some glasses! It is not a 5 star hotel if thats what you are used to, you wont like this place! It was easy to find on my GPS... the pictures are deceiving the hotel is old, and they made us pay more money to stay in the newer nicer wing”

“Great hospitality. My friend and I arrived around 3pm to check in, unfortunately the room service was unfinished. The staff offered complimentary tea and Internet access while we waited which helped. After waiting for about 3 hours though, they apologized again and took us to one of their restaurants for great Mexican food on the house. It's understandable for room service not to be ready at times, but for them to be attentive to our needs while we waited and not just be pushed aside is what made us feel better about the whole experience and the hotel. This hotel seemed mainly to be a business hotel, but for two leisurely travelers like us, it was just as good with great tourist advice from the concierge and friendly staff overall. Take advantage of just lounging in their beautiful lobby, it's interesting to see the types of people that walk by too. Great Hospitality, Friendly Concierge Staff and Beautiful Decor.”
