“The entire experience was more than we could have asked for. The staff was super friendly and willing to go the extra mile with a huge smile on their faces. We were celebrating our 7th year of marriage and the surprises kept coming. The Royal Spa as well was one of the best massages we have ever had and totally added to the experience!”

“The Royalton is in an ideal beach located close to the Airport. The Hotel has only been open for a few months and we did experience a few niggles. The main being a lack of eating establishments. This was compounded by the two levels of service Diamond or Standard. Diamond class comes with a Butler who can book you into La Maison. This meant that those of us that were not Diamond had little or no chance of dining due to the low numbers that the establishment could hold, along with it being Thanks Giving. I also felt that number of restaurants were low compared to number of rooms the Hotel provided. The staff were engaging, smiling, helpful and the entertainment which included live bands and singers were very good. The Hotel has gone the extra yards to help you feel safe, with low numbers in the restaurants and in the main insisting that guest wear masks when appropriate as do all the staff. The public areas were cleaned regularly and the majority were open sided. We loved the on site Scuba Dive facilities and staff at Eco Dive who were again safe, engaging and helpful and fun. Lastly the last minute changes to travel re lateral flow testing gave very little time for the Hotel staff to ensure this could be completed safely and efficiently at reasonable cost and happily helped with print outs of said documentation. I'm sure the Hotel and its staff are working flat out to help its guests feel safe, happy and this will only improve future guests experiences for the better.”
