“Great experience here. Had a great view of Diamond Head. The only tiny inconvenience we had was that there was no coffee machine in the room. Luckily there was a Starbucks close by and even a coffee place on the lobby floor. We never went there though because if we are going to pay we prefer Starbucks.
The gym was open and the pool which was refreshing since most hotels have that stuff closed due to COVID or very limited.
We did not try the restaurant as we did not like the setting or the vibe. They also did room cleaning when needed unlike a lot of hotels that we’ve stayed at during our trip.
The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Valet service was excellent and quick despite them being busy. Towels and beach chairs available as well as an ice machine.”

“Not happy at all. We paid for full beach view room with king bed , what we got was partial beach view, queen bed. Basically we got charged extra for nothing. And I’m the middle of night around 4 am they turn on the fire alarm asking everyone to leave their rooms immediately and when we got down they said they were just testing the alarms !!!!!!!! Like are you kidding me !!!! It’s 4 clock in the morning and you decided to test the alarms!!!!!!! I do not recommend this place . Save your money”
