Hotel maravilloso, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. El desayuno muy bueno y el personal estupendo. Dispone de parking para clientes y sin duda repetiremos. Su ubicación es estratégica para pasear por el centro de Barcelona. Gracias!

The hotel is just okay. The breakfast was good but the staff does not check on you at all so if you want any hot foods you will have to speak up and ask. Location wise its not too terribly far from a lot of good attractions. The rooms themselves are not good. They have unnecessary stairs up to the washroom and bathroom that take up a large amount of usable space and the rooms are very warm. There really isn't any AC here and it took us over a day to finally secure a fan from the front desk as they were all in use. The rooftop lounging area was nice but all in all I wouldn't return here. It's just not worth the price.

Never a 4 star hotel. Room was old, blinds in our room didn't work on arrival. The shower didn't turn on. The walls are really thin, you can hear next door with ease. Terrace is great and the staff are decent. Wouldn't stay again

The hotel is very convenient to so many parks and shops. A sweet treat was waiting in our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Room was cleaned very well each day and always smelled fresh. My only issue was having to keep my room key inserted in the main switch in order for the air conditioner to run. We like a cool room, but was unable to keep the A/C running because I needed my room key. So coming back after hours of walking to a hot room wasn't so great. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was impressive.

Lo mejor el desayuno. El resto del hotel muy bien, como cualquier NH Collection. Lo que menos me gustó son los jabones con dispensadores comunes. Prefiero tener las amenities como en otros hoteles NH.

Todo muy bien. La única pega es el escalón tan grande que hay al entrar o salir de la bañera. Cuidado al salir con los pies mojados. De resto todo muy bien.

Ayer tuve la suerte de de comer en este hotel aprovechando una visita.Aposté por el menú: un acierto. La comida excelente así como la presentación. Una relación calidad-precio muy buena.Quisiera destacar también la atención del personal de hotel y especialmente el camarero que estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada.Volveré seguro.Muchas gracias.

Clean and good four-star hotel. Room was spacy and cleaned perfectly each day. Street side room was little noisy from the street. Breakfast was nice, a lot of selection and all was good quality, fresh and tasty.

Great location, all major attractions are within walking distance. The room size was good. It was also clean and quiet. Overall, good value for money.I was hoping to get more help with the car park. Especially since it was something I have asked about during the booking process. When I arrived, I had no idea where to park. First time in Barcelona and I am unfamiliar with its parking arrangement. I was handed over a paper with a simple map (we are in 2022, people use smartphones and google these days!). I couldn't locate the parking and kept going in circles until I found underground parking with a difficult-to-spot entrance. It was like 7-8 minutes away from the hotel (walking distance) but I was ok with that. I hope the hotel can provide more help to its guests next time. You can simply share the geolocation of 2 or 3 nearby carparks.

Fomos surpreendidos pela excelente instalação e ótima localização. Fica perto de tudo. Se você é daqueles que curte descobrir a cidade caminhando, este hotel é para você. Novo, limpo, organizado e com uma equipe gentil e solícita. Sabem receber os hóspedes e mimá-los com cortesias no quarto e no lobby: há sempre algo para degustar na entrada. Boa relação custo benefício. Nice, clean and confortable roons. Close to remarkable places.

Loved this hotel! Excellent location, great breakfast, wonderful staff! And a shoutout to Pierre at the Front Desk who was so helpful when we arrived frazzled with a screaming baby. He was so kind and thoughtful. The staff at the restaurant and bar were also adorable. Highly highly recommend!

Centrally located, on a quieter side street. Room was on the smaller side but nice enough. Bathroom was spacious and nicely done. Unfortunately the internet wasn’t always working - iPhone and laptop were connected to the wifi but no data was transmitted for a couple of seconds, then everything worked fine. The same problem happened again and again. Breakfast was not included in my Rate and 25€ per person is definitely too much. In Barcelona you can find so many great places for breakfast at much lower prices. Staff was very friendly. Storing my luggage until late evening after check-out was no problem at all.

Decepcionada porque había gente pululando por el hotel sin mascarilla y los empleados me han dicho que ellos no son policias, que no pueden estar persiguiendo a la gente. No es una cuestión solo de cumplir las normas si no de respeto por el resto de los huéspedes.

El personal del hotel muy amable, la habitación cómoda, el baño muy agradable. La higiene excelente y te dan opción de ayudar al medio ambiente no haciendo aseo por un día y te brindan una bebida del restaurante. El desayuno opcional me parece costoso 22€

If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy great food yet also overlook the entire city of Barcelona while swimming then this hotel has the perfect roof top for you! It has breathtaking views and great food and drinks. The service is great! I highly recommend.

Nice and clean hotel, very good location, next to city center, clean and comfortable rooms. Possibility of renting a car from reception, nice terasse, pool and bar on the rooftop opened until 00.00. Disliked: the washbasin for the bathroom was in the room' s hall entrance. Not too many choises for breakfast. Appointment for breakfast time was mandatory. Conclusion- good value for money👍

The hotel itself is nice, the location is good, the rooms are big and comfortable. However, they are somewhat outdated. The breakfast wasn't tasty at all! Huge disappointment. They can't make tasty eggs! Once we ordered sunny-side-up with bacon, they were overcooked and floating in oil. Next time I took scrambled - no luck there either. There is a bit of ham and cheese to choose, but ham wasn't tasty. No fresh veggies, just steamed. What was good, though, is juice. The selection and quality of them is great. The service during breakfast is also not top unfortunately. If not breakfast I would give 4+ stars despite the dated rooms, as I liked them being spacious. There was a big enough wardrobe with mirrors full size, professional hair dryer, comfortable shower.

Excelente hotel situado en el centro de Barcelona muy cerca del Arco del Triunfo. El hotel es moderno y las instalaciones son elegantes y funcionales. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y están cuidadas como son de costumbre en los hoteles de la categoría Collection de la cadena NH. Dispone de comedor y barra de bar. El desayunos es variado y completo, no decepciona. El personal es realmente amable, servicial y profesional. El único inconveniente es que no dispone de parking y propio y hay que estacionar el vehículo en un parking situado justo al lado del hotel pero que lógicamente no se accede directamente a la recepción si no que hay que recorrer unos pocos metros para llegar a la entrada.

El aire acondicionado no funciona. Lo reporte con el personal y mencionan que no se puede hacer nada, porque el aire es general y la persona encargada determina los grados. De igual forma justifican que si tu cuarto es mas grande por eso no enfría. Es la primera vez que me dan esa respuesta en un hotel se supone de 4 estrellas.

Great location. We decided to stay with NH as we saw there was an offer on. We stayed in the Superior Room that didn’t face the road, so it wasn’t noisy. The room was modern and clean, with a great rainfall shower. The hotel is located in an old building, but it is well kept and with a decent sized rooftop pool. The buffet breakfast was good, but the portions for the hot dishes were inconsistent. The lazy Sunday check out time was only until 2pm and up to the discretion of the hotel. Overall, it was worth the price and stay with the breakfast included.
