“The breakfast is atrocious. Old fruit and deep fried stuff. Rice and beans for breakfast for some reason. Rooms are dated and unkempt. Very loud. Staff attempt politeness and my room at least was clean, but with a musty smell. I'm paying more and staying at the Sheraton next time.
It's a casino and a place to spend the night with "company" that's why they charge the extra 50 dollars for any "additional guests"
Especially avoid if traveling with family.
Don't @ me, Crowne staff. Go chop some fresh fruit.”

“Nice hotel with modern room and bath. Currency exchange on site is a welcome bonus. Nice pool and patio area. Gym is open all day. 24 hour room service has very limited options but were delicious. Had a great time at the hotel bar with Nancy the bartender. She made delicious espresso martinis and other cocktails. She even recommended restaurants and bars around San Jose. She also made a reservation for us as we had trouble communicating with the businesses.”
