Magnífico hotel para pasar un fin de semana. Desde mi habitación se veía la plaza de toros de ronda. Arriba, zona de terraza con piscina panorámica y hamacas. La piscina, muy pequeña. Ideal para fotos, por lo elegante del sitio y las vistas impresionantes. El personal, ideal. El desayuno, muy bueno. Completo y de calidad. Disponen hasta de cocinero que prepara las tortillas al gusto en el momento.

Fantastic location for exploring Ronda. The staff are brilliant, the food is superb at the panoramic restaurante. The rooms, large and very well appointed. We will always stay here when visiting Ronda, highly reccomended.

Solo he entrado en el hotel para tomar café en la terraza. Las vistas merecen la pena. Tienes justo enfrente la plaza de toros, que dejando a un lado si apoyas la tauromaquia o no, es un monumento en la ciudad. Tienes que pagar un poco más por el café que en cualquier cafetería, pero merece la pena. La terraza es muy acogedora. Además, el servicio de los camareros es exquisito. Son muy profesionales y agradables. Cuando vuelva a Ronda es más que probable que repita.

Ubicado en un sitio privilegiado, pegado a la calle de la bola, la principal, y delante está la plaza de toros. Desde nuestra habitación salias al balcón y tenias vista de la puerta 3 de la plaza, la principal. Los empleados de 10, desde el recepcionista, botones, camareros, chicas de la limpieza.... todos dando el mejor trato al cliente. Desde el restaurante y la piscina tienes una vista impresionante de la plaza para hacer unas bonitas fotos. Sin duda repetiremos. Recomendable 100%.

Todo muy bien, el gran inconveniente ha sido la cuna plegable que pedimos para mi hijo de 1 año, la cuna no tenía colchón, solo la base de plástico que llevan las cunas plegables y el niño no ha podido dormir bien , lo comuniqué en recepción y tanto el recepcionista como una camarera de piso ,muy amables ambos , intentaron ayudarnos facilitándonos ropa de cama e incluso improvisando un colchón con unos cojines de un sillón, pero, desafortunadamente,no funcionó , mi hijo ha estado 2 noches sin poder dormir y por ende tampoco nosotros , creo que un hotel de esta categoría debe contar con colchones de cuna sólidos para que los bebés puedan descansar bien y también sus papás, por desgracia no hemos podido disfrutar del viaje como hubiéramos querido por este inconveniente y por eso le doy 3 estrellas. Por lo demás todo muy bien , ubicación , vistas espectaculares desde terraza y piscina , limpieza , confortabilidad , instalaciones y personal.

Experiencia maravillosa, la ubicación espectacular, tienes todo el centro de ronda a 10 minutos máximo. Las vistas desde el restaurante o la piscina en la última planta son espectaculares. El personal amabilísimo y atento en todo momento. La próxima visita repetiremos seguro.

The room we had was very spacious and calm. It only had a tiny window so it was quite dark. The bathroom had everything you need. Only remark, please stop using glass bathroom doors and put the light switch inside... So you don't wake up everybody... The location is next to the bull fighting arena, where you can book horse coach rides through the old town. They partner with the "la merced" underground parking. You should pay at the hotel to benefit from a price reduction. We did not est at the hotel restaurant. The swimming pool on the roof top is quite shallow, only a meter deep. It still allows you to cool down and gives a nice photo spot for the arena. It lacks umbrellas so you have to be early or lucky to get some shade.

Fabulous hotel, in a great location. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The view over the bullring was spectacular. Excellent pool area on the roof top, however the water was cold despite the 40c outside temperature. Service exceptional.

Ubicación excepcional. Personal muy amable. Habitación cómoda. Cenamos en la terraza y disfrutamos de la puesta de sol sobre la Sierra. Se llevaron y recogieron el coche desde el parking cercano y nos facilitaron mucho la estancia.

We stayed in the very spaceous and comfortable family room with bunks. Everyone loved it. Fairly convenient (given the difficulty of the location) underground parking round the corner. Great view from the terrace bar.

Buena atención en recepción. Habitación amplia y confortable. Decoración impersonal y falta de espacios comunes por un aprovechamiento excesivo del espacio para habitaciones. Lo peor, el desayuno: en tres días no conseguimos tomar un té negro normal de desayuno (se les había acabado); una tortilla española indecente; algunos días, cola para coger un café (bastante malo); bollería de segunda y poca presencia de productos locales.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Catalonia Ronda, We stayed in the room number 310- it has a spectacular view of Plaza del Toros, beautiful sunset 😊 The rooftop pool and hot tub or the terrace bar are amazing spots to have a drink all year round. The hotel has also a small but well equipped gym and a spa with jacuzzi and sauna. Highly recommended!!!

fui a este hotel por casualidad y me encontré en uno de los mejores hoteles de 4 estrellas donde pernoctar. Todo muy limpio y al detalle. vistas a la plaza fabulosas . Desayuno digno de Reyes y personal siempre atento. Un gran hallazgo.

Me ha encantado. Genial ubicación. Un hotel con una decoración exquisita. Cama muy cómoda y baño con bañera grande y ducha de lluvia. Tiene habitaciones con vistas a ka plaza de toros y la piscina tb. Muy amables en recepción. Lo más complicado es aparcar pero hay cerca un aparcamiento publico y te hacen descuento si te alojas en el hotel. Lo recomiendo.

Great hotel, super well located in the city center of Ronda. Upon arrival, we could leave the car just in front of the door while we checked in. They have a partnership with a nearby parking, where we could park even though if indicated to be full. The breakfast room has amazing views to the arena, plus one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. On top of all, we got a free upgrade to a large and very quiet room. Highly Recommend.

Perspectiva de la Plaza de Toros de Ronda desde la cuarta planta. Merece la pena. El salón para las copas (muy caras) demasiado caluroso en plena ola de calor (las cristaleras al sol lo convirtieron en un horno ...). Juraría que las continuas subidas de la luz han hecho mella en su política de uso del aire acondicionado 😂😂😂

Great location overlooking the bullring and few minutes walk from Puente Nuevo. Comfortable and stylish. Extremely helpful staff. Amazing rooftop area with pool and spa facilities. Good value. I definitely recommend this place and would come again for sure.

Surprised by the high reviews. Worst nights sleep in Spain by far. Had to leave after only one night. Stayed in a junior suite. The air conditioning only worked in the lounge area not where the bed was, no control as all ac set to 16 but rooms above 23. Main issues was the sound of chairs dragging across the floor, presumably from the restaurant. Was ongoing from 5pm through to 1am. Impossible to try and sleep.whilst staff were helpful there was nothing they could do. Whilst the rooftop views are great, anyone can go there for a drink so would not recommend staying here for the awful nights sleep.

Very welcoming staff ready to answer all your questions. They also allowed us for a late check out ;)Beautiful rooms with cozy beds and big bathroom. Everything was super clean!On 4th floor there is a gym&spa and also a restaurant and bar with an amazing view.On 5th floor there is a nice swimming pool and also a jacuzzi. Here you have an amazing view of Ronda's nature.If you come to Ronda you have to check this place out.You can also park nearby for 15 euro/24hWill definitely return :)

We were advised to visit the rooftop bar to have a drink and enjoy the beautiful view by a local guide. We arrived at 19.30 today and the view was amazing with a large bar and terrace. There was a table of 6 other people in the bar. We pulled up 4 stools to enjoy the view. We were immediately told by the waiter that there was only one table we could sit at which was around the corner in the shade with no view. It is policy apparently and despite saying we were only staying for one drink - he refused. So we left very disappointed- there were approximately 12 empty tables and all stools with a view unused. What a ridiculous policy. Sort yourselves out!
