“Perdemos un vuelo por culpa de Airfrance y nos mandan a este hotel con cena y desayuno. Segun salimos del aeropuerto fuimos al hotel y a la cena llegamos mas tarde de las 22, por lo que nos toco cenar las sobras de los demás puesto que ya no repusieron nada, y al desayunar a primerisima hora para volver al aeropuerto.... Teponen 3 cositas y listo porque aun no están en horario.... La habitación pequeña, en la ducha no entraba de pie y enfrente de la ventana esa noche en el parking 10 personas armando jaleo en sus coches y furgonetas”

“I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world and this is by far the worst I have EVERstayed in. When we arrived we went up to our room only to find the room had not been cleaned and the bed unchanged. There was coke cans on the counter and white powder all over the carpet. We took photos and went back down to the reception desk and the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful, even after we showed the photos as proof, first telling us there was 'no other rooms' for us to change to. We persisted and eventually got a different room. I never write reviews on hotels but felt that this needed to be said after being charged so much.”
