“The staff were the best. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely polite and very friendly. The woman who has handling the breakfast was very helpful.
The room did have a couple issues and I was absolutely offered another room (which I declined because we were only there one night and nothing would causes me any issues.) The door in the bathroom did not close (which I didn't even realize would be a big deal for me until my husband fell asleep lol.) The shower faucet handle was very loose and one of the shelves in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall off.
The ac worked really well though which is extremely important for me because it's very hard to sleep without a ceiling fan. The hotel was very quiet. Everything seemed very clean. My pillows were perfect. I usually get gigantic bricks for pillows (does anyone actually use those) so I was very happy to have some nice soft pillows.
I would definitely return to this location if I were in the area. I hope they look into fixing the few things we found issues with. I'm sure most of that stuff was damaged by guests.”
