I booked a room with this Hilton and was looking forward to the stay. As a diamond and long-time Hilton member, I have never stayed at a hotel with such poor customer service. Staff were not welcoming and did not explain any benefits of the stay at all. A 19% tax was added out of nowhere, even though it is in contrast with the country law. I asked for a copy of the law, and even in the law, it says tourists are exempt. The explanation was that we did not book breakfast with it, so we are not exempt. We receive free breakfast as diamond members, and none of this was explained prior to booking. This is the only hotel in our week stay charging such a tax. No apology was offered, and this overall practice was extremely predatory toward customers. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

A pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and modern; and the room was super quite so we didn’t have any trouble sleeping. Breakfast restaurant and the lounge are also well decorated and quite nice. We are very happy with our stay.

If possible, don’t ever choose this hotel. My friend’s 300 USD dollars got stolen from the hotel housekeeper which she put it in her suitcase. A 5 star hotel should never let this happen. Please educate your employee.

I have never had so much fun at a hotel stay as here. Maybe 20-25 years ago but damn this was a great place to stay! Excellent food, exotic pools, and the hotel staff was six stars when you can only rate it five stars!!! Thank you so much my friends.

Não dou 5 estrelas somente porque o hotel não tem uma janelinha de nada nos quartos. Sei que é pra evitar poeira, mas depois de 3 noites dormindo com o ar-condicionado que liga e desliga porque o sensor de movimento desliga ele a noite. Seu nariz vai ficar seco que nem deserto. O café é ótimo. O atendimento de serviço é ótimo. A sauna, piscina são ótimas. O atendimento da recepção deixa um pouco a desejar. Parece que as atendentes "se acham" porque trabalham no Hilton!!! ok, okay

Horrible, breakfast was supposed to be included, I had 3 employees chasing me for 7.00 for something that was paid for, I showed them a screen shot and they said that because I paid for the hotel through a 3rd party it was not correct. Mickey mouse coffee machine did brew a good cup of coffee and they give you 1 serving of regular coffee and 1 decafe for 2 people and 1 bottle of water! Costa Rican coffee, I always drink Colombian coffee at home so I expect to drink Colombian coffee in Colombia. The toilet did not flush properly. I am originally from New York and know good pizza and the pizza would have been good but they don't bake it enough, the crust was white. My wife and my grandchildren are Colombian, I travel to Bogota at least four times a year, this trip I was there ten days and I stayed at the Sheridan near the airport for 7 days and was extremely happy without any complaints, but I like to get to know different areas and change hotels, big mistake! I don't know if I was very unlucky because this place has Stellar reviews.

They charged me for breakfast I thought I paid for, I just had coffee and a piece of bread because I thought I would return in a few minutes with my wife, but when they storked me 3 times to pay I realized I would not return with her. 1 bottle of water in the room for 2 people, mickey mouse coffee machine that they must have purchased at dollar store and then I look at the coffee bag it says made in Costa Rica, I only drink Colombian coffee at home and the other hotels I stay in Colombia, my wife is Colombian so we go to Colombia at least 4 times a year but will never to return to Hilton cofera! To management, please do not apologize, you do a terrible job and your apologie will not be sincere, but you should train your employees to not stalk clients for seven dollars, I should them a screen shot that showed the breakfast was included.

El hotel es bueno, con amplias habitaciones, bueno espacio de desayuno y unas salas de sauna, baño turco verdaderamente lindas y limpias. Además una piscina climatizada y jacuzzi y gimnasio. Pero su atención no alcanza a las 5 estrellas. Es lento e inflexible.

5 estrellas es poco para el gran trabajo que desempeña el equipo de este Hotel. Localizado en la cede de Bogotá- Corferias. Maravillada con la atención, comida, servicio, localidad y personal. El hotel es moderno, habitaciones cómodas, baños modernos y amplios. Para quienes vayan a una feria en Corferias de Bogotá, es maravilloso el hotel, porque solo al salir, y ya está en la feria, no necesita ni cruzar la calle. Esa ubicación es fantástica, más aún, con el tráfico de Bogotá.

Las haciones confontables, excelente servicio desde el check in, pedí a la habitación un club sándwich y no superó lo esperado, el Brunch de sábado desmejorado y repetitivo; cuando comenzaron con el plan Brunch sábados incluía Shots , aúnlos ofrecen pero sin ser cierto. La variedad en el desayuno podría mejorar. Tuve dos experiencias que ameritan aclaración por parte del hotel y en espera de respuesta por medio de derecho de petición de interés particular .

Gran Hotel de la cadena Hilton.Las habitaciones son amplias y llenas de detalles. El personal amable y las medidas de sanidad son excelentes.Toda la decoración es una experiencia.Incluye el desayuno con un extraordinario buffette.Es parte del conjunto Corferias por si vienes a una exposición la ubicación es inmejorable.

Would stay here again. Very clean, friendly hotel. David the Bartender at the 1st floor bar was by far the BEST THING about this hotel. His drinks are top notch and he is extremely friendly. I would stay here again just to be served by David.

Excellent stays. My family of four came to Bogotá for a Colombian road trip vacation that started and ended in the city. I am impressed with the level of service we received throughout both our stays—from security and front desk to the spa, bar, and beyond. Everyone was helpful and friendly and very professional. The bartenders made excellent drinks. Rooms were sparkling clean and comfortable. On our second visit at the end of the trip, we upgraded to a suite for the extra space with a roll-away bed and while we waited, we were directed to the lounge for complimentary snacks and drinks. The bartender served an excellent gin and tonic on the house. And of course as others have mentioned—the breakfast is amazing! The location is also very convenient for airport access—only a 10 min drive. Thanks for being a memorable part of our Colombia experience!

New hotel, everything good. Especially if you need to go to Corferias Exhibition center, it's the perfect location next door. Otherwise the are is not worth much ;-) Breakfast is a bit poor for a 5 star house.

Excellent stay here - beautiful and modern property with spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent and comprehensive. Staff were very friendly. Security measures both against COVID and general threats were taken.

I arrived on a Monday and was greeted promptly by the front desk. I had to wait for my room as I arrived early, but I was able to see the city a bit in the meantime, and when I got back and checked into my room, I was very happy with the room, as it was a suite on the corner. Cant beat that. Hotel staff and services were great. Cant complain about any of that. The food was great as well. The location is not ideal for rumba, but I wasnt there for that. Great place, and I would stay again.

Property is beautiful and modern, rooms are nice and spacious, and staff is incredibly friendly. This is our first trip to Colombia 🇨🇴 and none of us speak fluent Spanish. The staff at Hilton Corferias has been incredibly patient and accommodating, We are staying in an Executive Level room which has AMAZING views as well as a great lounge for relaxing and even getting work done for those of us who are on a working vacation. I'd definitely recommend this property!

Excellent site for events. I had lunch at the restaurant on the fourth floor. Excellent food and service. The kitchen is open and integrated to the space where the tables are, so you can watch your watch being prepared, if you want. Nice experience.

Absolute great hotel! I am loyal to the Hilton brand being a gold member and I have to say this is one of the best I have stayed in. The executive lounge is a great relaxed open space.

Excellent accomodations in a very safe location for foreigners. The entire staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and tremendously polite in a genuine manner. There is a supermarket 50ft from the entrance for necessities as well, which I was very happy to find, there is no sundries shop in the hotel, which really made me feel very comfortable Additionally, the hotel has 24/7 security in addition to their front desk/guest service staff. I don't know if I can leave a more objective review. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful, 7 day stay. I could not have been happier with my stay

The staff was very friendly and professional. It was clean and very well kept. We stayed in a suite and it was very comfortable. The swimming pool was nice and the gym is nice also. This place has a Sauna too. The only problem I had is having to check in a visitor every time. They will try to charge you quickly for any extra guest. I had my son stay with me and was asked to provide a birth certificate to verify his age and determine whether or not I would be charged. Other than that experience, the hotel is a great option for those visiting Bogota. The hotel is located only 15 min (without traffic) from the airport. Grocery store/supermarket with a pharmacy is located across the street from the entrance.
