Facilities were basic but comfortable and breakfast was good. Would have given 4* however the reception staff were extremely rude. We arrived back from a trip where the man behind reception said we weren't allowed to by a bottle of water from them (even though we had the previous day) and we could see the water in the fridge. We then asked where we could buy some water which he replied with 'every where near is closed'. Luckily found a nice hostel a 15 minute walk away

For a hotel in Cusco, this was decent. Not a rich city by any means. Not the most comfortable mattresses you'll ever experience, but it's kept clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Small breakfasts that aren't so typical of American breakfasts.

We travelled with G Adventures and feel that the company is letting it's customers down by placing them here. The room was warm enough and clean enough, but our toilet had issues with flushing and the drains smelled very blocked. The breakfast is very bad, with mainly stale cereal and some old-looking pasta available when we went. Some of the staff we dealt with were very dismissive and unfriendly so we were a bit disappointed. The rest of our trip with G Adventures was fantastic, but this hotel experience did let it down a bit.

We stayed here prior to our Inca trek.Quaint little hotel with clean rooms and nice staff.Wish they had double or queen beds and that the mattresses were more comfortable but nothing major, hot showers and clean rooms!

We stayed at the Prisma Hotel on our recent visit to Cusco. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and the restaurant were great. When our future travels take us back to Cusco we will definitely stay here again.

Don’t stay here. I was with G Adventures (great company) for the Inca trail so I had to stay here. Staff is rude, wifi is bad and just a poor operation overall. I checked out early so I could go to a hostel!

Stayed here in 2 separate stays either side of the inca trail. Both times the room and bathroom were clean and well equipped with towels etc. And a very good shower. Staff very attentive and...
