“Los colchones , mejor los de una pensión,las almohadas ,peor aún, no nos dejaron dormir la primera noche, hasta que pedimos otra al día siguiente, la piscina podría estar más caliente, pero aceptable, el agua del jacuzzi estaba turbia, nos dio un poco de asco meternos, el coche estuvo en el garaje, 48 horas y nos cobraron como 3 días ,por sacarlo a las 9 de la mañana . Los ascensores un desastre , hay que ir sin prisa para coger uno, gente por la noche que iba y venía del bar de la azotea,ya que entra gente de la calle, menos mal que solo abre hasta las 12. El desayuno bien,pero no hay mucho donde elegir. En definitiva no volveré a pagar lo que pagamos para alojarnos en este hotel”

“O serviço é mau. Primeiro deram-me um quarto com janelas minúsculas e altas vendido como quarto com vista rio. Era virado para o rio mas só de pé à janela tinha vista e era claustrofobico. Após reclamação mudaram para outro quarto com janelas maiores com vista para as torres Vasco da Gama com o rio pelo meio. Cuidado que os quartos dos pisos 15 e 14 têm janelas pequenas. O serviço de reservas deu dois preços diferentes para o mesmo pedido que ainda assim eram ambos mais caros que na Booking e no próprio site da NH hostels. A garagem é apertada e difícil de manobrar. No bar as bebidas vieram após 20m e com os pratos principais as entradas pedidas foram recusadas porque vieram depois do resto. Tentaram compensar com a oferta da taxa de Room service e com oferta do estacionamento, mas só depois de ainda nos terem pedido o seu pagamento destes e perante nova chamada de atenção disseram que já tinham decidido tirar. Efim, foi a terceira má experiência com o Tivoli, para nós foi a última.”
