“Incredibly conveniently located RIGHT next to Gloucester Road tube station. Staff were all very helpful & cheery. The rooms are comfortable but ours faced inwards to the building's center and was a little gloomy. Bathroom looked recent and was all clean & everything functioned. I personally wasn't keen on showering stood in the bath with a curtain and the old style plumbing (see video) was bloomin' a bit annoying but others may find it all charming, who knows!”

“You must be very careful and do not trust the management of the hotel, this story is transmitted as received from our customers we care about their problems after we are freed from credibility:
( When you arrive the hotel early they wait for more than two hours because they clean and prepare the room, but what happened when I wanted to go to sleep in Late at night, under the bed sheet there was a long hair, that mean they don’t change all bed linen, but I couldn't do anything because it was too late and I needed to sleep, but I was surprised in the early morning that there were irritated spots on my skin that did not exist before. I asked the manager on the phone and explained to him and his telling me that he well be back to Me and he we’ll meet me, but until I leave The hotel he did not communicate with me, he did not even offer me the presence of a doctor or he reassure of the hotel customers )
, from our point of view he treats the Client in a rude manner and that not professional ,and do not reassure customers and I think that such an administration can not that trust him to manage this project , where trust can not be restored again, we as observers put the responsibility on the management of the hotel most Which is duty to fix any problem suffered by the customer at the same time and not deliberate negligence is a solution to end the problem and forget it, and now we wait for the official response from the hotel officials to see the extent of interest and responsibility they bear”
