“The booking was done through their website and went fairly easy however, upon arriving it was disclosed the property was under construction (never advised at any time) We were arbitrarily located at another location within the facility and although it did not have what we had originally booked for it was ok. No extra benefit or upgrades were added until two days later while visiting another one of the locations within the facility. Irwin Aguila, Alessio and Oliver went above and beyond to make up for the unfortunate and unprepared arrival.”

“AMAZING!!! What a special experience. This hotel was so beautiful and so tropical. The service and hospitality was awesome. The people are so friendly! I came for my 23rd birthday with a large group and we were treated like royalty ! Definitely recommend this resort and would definitely go back!! The food isn’t perfect but you get what you pay for . Overall 10/10!!”
