Great Location. You're right in Jamaa Al Fanaa Square. Beautiful Hotel. Very very friendly and helpful staff, specially Yousuf at Reception, Abdul Rehman at breakfast bar in the morning, Aziz and Rasheed porters & the very last room cleaning ladies. please if possible leave some tips.

Hotel encantador, tranquilo y precioso, con una ubicación excelente y vistas a la plaza Jamal El Fnaa. El servicio es muy atento, amables, hospitalarios y profesionales. Quedamos encantados sobre todo con el trato de Rabi e Issam. Sin duda alguna recomiendo este hotel😃😃

Increíble Hotel con vistas a la plaza Jamal El Fnaa. El personal és encantador , atentos , respetuosos y muy buenos profesionales, siempre dando lo mejor cada uno de ellos. Quedamos muy contentos con el trato de Rabí e Issam compartiendo muchas risas, pero sobretodo muy profesionales.

A pesar de no tener la suerte de haberme quedado en una habitación , reservamos una mesa para cenar por mi cumpleaños y fueron súper amables. La atención recibida y la decoración de la mesa fue estupenda . No pueda faltar una crítica al chef. Excelente se queda corto . Fue maravillosa , valió la pena pagar un poco más que los otros restaurante ya que la calidad de la comida y presentación se nota .

Lovely hotel right on the doorstep of Jemaa al Fnaa square. Very welcoming and helpful staff, from front desk to restaurant to pool terrace! Excellent service! Breakfast selection great - we haven’t tried the restaurant for lunch/dinner but am sure it would be great too! Very comfortable stay!

Se você quer estar onde toda a ação está, fique aqui, no coração da medina, bem na praça. Quando você está no hotel você não ouve nenhuma loucura lá fora, os quartos são extremamente confortáveis. Certifique-se de chegar ao café da manhã com fome, eles não brincam. Além disso, eles têm uma bela cobertura com piscina, tem uma bela vista da praça. Muito por favor, reservei aqui.

Amazing stay. Hotel service was top notch. Management was outstanding including the restaurant service. Everyone was so willing to serve us and ensure we were comfortable. We were escorted one day by a private tour guide Redouane who was exceptional and took the time explaining the culture and history of beautiful Morocco and their hospitable people. If you decide to visit I strongly encourage you ask the hotel managent to hire Redouane as you persobal tour guide for a day. Redouane drove us on an 8 hour day to the mountains to meet the hospitable Berbers, learn the culture, hiked to the waterfalls and went 4 wheeling. I want to thank the hotel management, owner and entire staff and a special thank you to Redouane. I strongly encourage you stay at this hotel and spend a day with Redouane for a very reasonable fee touring this gorgeous country and getting to know its kind people.

If you wanna be where all the action is stay here it’s in the heart of the medina right in the square. When you’re in the hotel you don’t hear any of the madness outside, the rooms are extremely comfortable. Make sure you arrive to breakfast hungry they don’t play around. Also, they have a nice rooftop with a pool it has nice view of the square. Very please I booked here.

Absolutamente brilhante estadia no Art Place. O atendimento foi excelente do começo ao fim, nos sentimos muito bem tratados e cuidados pelo gerente e toda a equipe. A localização é bastante excepcional, mesmo na Praça Jemaa el Fna, então você tem a vantagem de estar a poucos passos da ação, mas escondido em um canto tranquilo. Como é um Ryad, os quartos e o interior são super tranquilos e muito confortáveis. Reservamos algumas excursões e um guia turístico e muito felizes com ambos. O passeio de camelo ao pôr do sol, quadriciclos e refeição da vila com entretenimento foram muito especiais, ótimas lembranças feitas. Pelo preço, este lugar representa valor e qualidade reais. Vou recomendá-lo a amigos e familiares. Obrigado a todos do hotel. PS o café da manhã também foi excelente!

A pesar de estar en la misma plaza de Jamaa el Fna es un oasis de tranquilidad. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento, las personas de recepción, de limpieza, los camareros (Mouna, Moustafa, Abderraman... todos sin excepción son maravillosos). Además, se come muy bien por un precio más que razonable. Si vuelvo a Marrakech, volveré a este hotel, sin duda.

Beautiful hotel and Ryad right where all the tourist action is. Amazing front desk staff - probably the best part. Lovely rooms, awesome breakfast, great pool. Highly recommend.

We didn't stay in the hotel but we stumbled across their restaurant when looking for places to eat. The menu has some great choices and we were well fed as a couple of vegans. The vegan pad Thai was amazing and the Baba Ghanoush. Really lovely restaurant with the choice to sit inside or on their terrace overlooking the market place. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely brilliant stay at Art Place. The service was excellent from beginning to end, we felt very well treated and looked after by the manager and all the staff. The location is quite exceptional, right on Jemaa el Fna Square, so you have the advantage of being a few steps from the action, but tucked-away in a quiet corner. As it's a Ryad, the rooms and interior are super quiet and very comfortable. We booked some excursions and a tour guide and very happy with both. The sunset camel ride, quads and village meal with entertainment were very special, great memories made. For the price, this place represents real value and quality. I will be recommending it to friends and family. Thanks to everyone at the hotel. PS the breakfast was also outstanding!

Idealmente localizado na praça, mas muito tranquilo. O nosso quarto era adorável e bem decorado. O pequeno-almoço é abundante e inclui ovos preparados na hora, juntamente com dois sumos frescos diferentes todos os dias. O valor real deste hotel são os funcionários que são muito prestativos. Nós vamos voltar!

Hotel lindamente projetado, com grande atenção aos detalhes, combinando maravilhosamente elementos modernos e tradicionais.Lindo terraço na cobertura com vista para a cidade, ótima piscina, sauna, hammam e academia.Além disso, havia espreguiçadeiras suficientes com toalhas gratuitas e espaço suficiente para se espalhar.A equipe é muito calorosa, prestativa e amigável.O pequeno-almoço no terraço com vista para a praça é de morrer - delicioso, com frutas frescas e deliciosas omeletes, sumos caseiros, pãezinhos, frios, queijos e bolos e panquecas.Tudo simplesmente excelente :-)))!

Ideally located on the square yet very quiet. Our room was lovely and well appointed. Breakfast is plentiful and includes eggs cooked to order along with two different fresh juices every day. The real value of this hotel are the staff who are so helpful. We will come again!

Lugar perfecto para pasar unos dias en Marrakech. En plena Plaza Jemaa el Fna, pero en una esquina algo retirada del bullicio pero con vistas a la plaza. Decoracion muy lograda y muybuen servicio por parte del personal. Totalmente recomendable. Disponen de restaurante y terraza propios.

Estuvimos un grupo de 10 en 5 habitaciones. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Los baños muy completos. Es un hotel muy bien situado., en la misma plaza lo que permite moverse con comodidad en la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable. El servicio muy amable y atento.
