“I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here. First of all , perfect place for a holiday stay; close enough to the sites of London without the noise and confusion of the city. The view of the London Tower bridge both by day and night never gets old The staff exceeded my expectations and helped me with the check in process when I was so sleep deprived I hadn’t even noticed I booked for the wrong dates, thank you Lucy. And Mary from the front desk became a family member checking in and helping us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the only place I’ll ever stay when I’m the London area”

“Excellent hotel. We didn't stop for long, due to bring in the Queue for the Queens Lying in State but they extended our departure time by an hour and gave us a voucher for a free drink in the bar, given we had booked an Executive Twin and couldn't use it for more than 4hrs. Complimentary bottle of Red wine in our room too. Fab, efficient reception service, ordering taxis for us, breakfast was fab. Lots of choice, excellent quality hot food. Would highly recommend staying there and would, without doubt, go back!”
