Reservei o Hotel pelo Hotwire fui bem atendida na recepção onde me deram como escolha um quarto na torre principal, sem frigobar ou um quarto nos prédios anexos.... pela comodidade escolhi o anexo.... fiquei no bloco 11..... primeira surpresa era o único q não tinha elevador.... subir com 4 malas sem ajuda não foi fácil, mas o quarto era grande, com duas camas queen, armário, poltrona é uma míni cozinha com pia, microondas e geladeira.... tudo ia bem até ao 5º dia q ao chegarmos do parque por volta das 11:00 da noite encontramos o quarto arrumado, mas o banheiro havia sido usado e com certeza transbordou e esperaram a água baixar e esqueceram de voltar para limpar..... nojento, nunca me aconteceu um absurdo desse nível, tivemos q exigir a limpeza tarde da noite e reclamar no dia seguinte, nós descontaram a taxa de resorts dos dias anteriores.... ok mas foi imperdoável o acontecido, acho q deveriam ter nos mudado de quarto com um upgrade e todas as demais desculpas possíveis, no dia da saída voltei ao quarto minutos depois para checar se tinha ficado alguma coisa e encontro a camareira sentada na cama assistindo T.V .... funcionários totalmente despreparados.... esta bandeira não me pega nunca mais.....

Muito cuidado com esse hotel. Fiz uma reserva e no momento do check-in ninguém falou sobre o resort fee de $20 por dia e após o check-out não recebi o recibo e apenas a cobrança no meu cartão de crédito. Liguei para o hotel para perguntar o que havia acontecido e o gerente me disse que a informação estava nos detalhes da minha reserva. Infelizmente não estava e fui cobrado sem nenhum aviso.

Otimo ambiente e estadia, com bom atendimento piscinas boas muitas atratividades mas tem um cheiro de perfume terrivel no hotel na recepcao e toda area principal.. o problema eh q eles devem achar q eh um cheiro bom..da ate enjoo.. credooooooo

Poderia ser melhor pelo preço. Quarto muito escuro, móveis muito velhos, teto do banheiro estava com a pintura descascando, o toilette não estava limpo. Atendimento na recepção muito bom,mas os quartos poderiam ser mais modernos com uma simples reforma, uma pintura inteira mais clara já deixa o ambiente mais clean. Uma sugestão, troque as luzes por brancas e não amarela e façam a pintura branca, porque verde escuro é horrível.It could be better for the price. Very dark room, very old furniture, bathroom ceiling was with peeling paint, the toilette was not clean. Service at the reception very good,but the rooms could be more modern with a simple makeover, a whole clearer painting already makes the environment cleaner. A suggestion, change the lights for white and not yellow and make the white paint, because dark green is horrible.

Estuve en un curso en este hotel. No imagine que era tan bonito por dentro. La gente amable. Sobre todo el latino. No se las habitaciones por que no me quede en ellas.

Sencillamente horrible, es vergonzoso que la cadena Hilton de nombre a este hotel. El desayuno, que decir... si quieres bacon o huevos...15 dolares... perdon!!!! Bacon o huevos...no caviar. No hacen la habitación, dos días sin hacer las camas.... por favor, ya que os gastáis un buen dinero en venir a orlando NO COJAIS ESTE HOTEL ...

Rooms are outdated, soda machines on our floor and floor below inoperative. Paid for services for wife’s birthday. When we arrived asked if room was completely ready. Was told yes. Get to room and nothing was set up. Services Comes up half hour later and only gave half the requested services. Check out next morning. Explained to management. Was told a refund was to be given. No refund issued. Called numerous times. Told refund was to be taken care of and email confirmation to me. Still no refund. Still no email. Do not recommend staying here.Better hotels right down the road.

Hotel is in need of a makeover, which they appear to be doing with some rooms. There were workers replacing carpeting in rooms around us during our stay. Lots of amenities, two pools, hot tub. Good convention center, like the hotel, parts have been updated and other parts haven’t. Biggest issue we had was the quality of the water, had a sulphur smell from both the shower and sink. We used bottled water for brushing our teeth. Would we stay here again? Yes, but hopefully they continue improving and updating the facilities.

So far so good, services and servers are very good. I am here attending a private party but I am staying at The Hyatt Place. I had the chance to stayed in this Hotel a while back, I had a great experience. Room was clean and well groom. Tonight I am attending this private party 🥳 and I am having a great time, I LOVE SALSA MUSIC. Other than that, this place is fantastic for parties. I want to thanks the servers and all people involved in this organization for keeping us very happy with theirs activities. I want to thanks GOD for giving me another opportunity to experience his creation, thank you GOD, AMEN. SINCERELY TONY.

Normally I never write bad reviews but in this case I have no other choice but to do so. If only to warn people who are considering going here, because don't. Upon arrival there was no room so I waited 20 minutes to be placed in 'villa' 15. When I walked into the room my heart dropped. It was extremely humid in there, pretty much the same as outside. The AC sounded like a loud old diesel generator, so loud that not even my earplugs could fix the problem. The carpet was moist and sticky to my feet and there were hairs in the tub. It honestly looks like one of those brown, old and depressing motels you see in so many shows all the time. The walls and ceilings were crumbling, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and it was just a depressing and disgusting place. I do not complain fast but this was really crossing all my boundaries. This hotel is stuck in the 1950's and stayed there forever. I checked out the next day and had to pay $21 dollars for park fees which I think is absurd. To stay in a hotel like this you should receive $21 dollars. They should've taken the time during corona to renovate but instead those 2 years of vacancy probably made it even worse. Please, whenever you read this. Do not go here, if I could give zero stars I would.

I was genuinely thinking this would be a blah staycation because of the deal we got, and it's your typical chain hotel etc, on a holiday weekend. WELL, I was wrong! The hotel was a great base for the things we had planned in town. Easy to get to, easy check in, rooms were clean, and there was ample parking. The amenities adequate. I've paid way more for far less in terms of experience and amenities.... The staff was superb! Really friendly and accommodating. Super efficient! From front desk to grounds men; housekeeping to the restaurant crew. Made a huge difference in the experience. I would stay again💚🍻💯

First let me start by saying you will not get the service or room experience you pay for. I am currently here staying in a suite and writing this review. Below are a list of misses that show the type of hospitality you will receive. Ac loud obnoxious and blocked by a decorative box. Concierge non existences and they want you to do the work for them. I was asked to grab my own luggage from a storage room and to return the cart it was on. Broken faucet in both bathrooms Wasp nest on our patio. No it was not live it was old Sliding glass door to master was disgusting and barely worked. Tub faucet loose and breaking. Paint on the floor. One ice machine on the first floor for the whole building. Hope you get a first floor room because no elevators. We booked a room for 4 and had no sheets or pillows left for our kids on the Sleeper sofa. Shower is meant for a person who is not large but small. No plates in our so called kitchen or silverware. Market place attendant rude and not helpful and the pizza is horrible. To much sauce over cooked dough which all forced the cheese off of the pizza. As a senior manager in the hospitality industry I would be embarrassed by the service being offered to the guests. I do not wish my experience on anyone and I suggest you re think your hotel choice. I leave here in 2 days and will never return here. Sad because I expect much more from the Hilton brand.

No cambian las toallas y limpian el cuarto sino lo solicita. Las facilidades espectaculares. Cobran por todo: cuando llegas $200. Adicionales a lo de la reservacion, $21.00 diario por estacionamiento,el desayuno que ofrecen es simple, si deseas un buen desayuno son $15.00 por persona. Hay 2 piscinas una cierra a las 11:00pm la otra a las 12: de la noche. Hay lavanderia en las facilidades.

No entiendo como la cadena Hilton puede mantener abierto un Hotel tan asqueroso y con tan pésimo costumer service. Esto le continúa dando mala reputación a la cadena Hilton.Es un peligro dormir en este hotel, las habitaciones sucias. Llenas de Moho, cucarachas, sabanas manchadas, aire acondicionado inservible y cuando vas a reclamar te tratan como una basura, yo pague por un servicio que nunca recibí y además fui maltratado junto a mi familia, mi hijo de apenas 11 años salió enfermo de allí.

Not anything special. The place is a maze to navigate and isn't organized at all. They spent more money on the party atmosphere and making it look flashy than they did on the actual living parts of the hotel. Beds are not comfortable and the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Breakfast is not included and is $20 per day and the "continental" breakfast is a joke. A piece of fruit and a muffin. It really isn't anything to be excited about. The staff seems bothered by your existence - minus the front desk clerk at the main building which is not where you stay or even close to it. The front desk clerk was amazing. Save your money. Book another hotel that's less expensive. Same features as a smaller inn with flashy clubs and pretty walkways. Don't be fooled.

Please do yourselves and your family a favor and do not book here. At night you can see dust and feathers floating. There is mold everywhere in the bathrooms. Water marks and cracks in the wall. The carpet is very stained in some parts. Not sure what the brown substance stuck to the ceiling was, but I definitely know it was disgusting. The room was so disgusting we checked out after a few hours and found suitable accommodations elsewhere. It is hard to believe this hotel did not use the slow period during the pandemic to deep clean the rooms. The best part about this hotel is the front desk staff, super friendly and very helpful. and they offered warm cookies at check-in. Hopefully they will close some buildings down for well needed renovations.

No volvería ni lo recomendaría. Primero nos desapareció un buzo nuevo y nadie se hizo cargo, roban y dudan del cliente que lo haya traído. Y ni se hicieron cargo del tema para resolver nada 2 -desayunó incluido mala calidad , huevos pasados tipo plástico y no hay variedad de nada 3 el olor de las habitaciones a cloacas, mala limpieza y espantoso los baños socios y pierden agua todo el tiempo Y ni hablar del gerente que le explicas que te robaron algo de la habitación y te trata dudando de vos como si uno quisiera sacarle algo al hotel y no les queda claro que son nuestras vacaciones que venimos a disfrutar y no a que desaparezcan cosas de la habitación.

El hotel es lindo, pero el agua tiene olor feo, tal como en otros comentarios tiene olor a huevo podrido. El desayuno está bueno, lo único que hay dos Buffets, uno con un cargo adicional de 15 dólares por persona por día para poder tener acceso a huevos revueltos, tocino, frutas, el famoso "desayuno americano" no es parte del desayuno estándar. El desayuno estándar son algunos panificados,café y jugo de naranja, lo cual no es feo ni malo, pero queda corto a mi punto de vista, deberían avisar de eso antes de confirmar la reserva.Otro punto en contra es que en la recepción no brindan buena información sobre actividades, horarios, shuttles, deberían capacitar a sus empleados en este punto sobre todo teniendo público internacional que no conoce el área.

Hotel extremamente sujo. Cheio ruim e só de caminhar no quarto os pés ficaram extremamente sujos. Além disso não receberam uma encomenda quando estava hospedada e receberam no dia seguinte ao check out, agora não consigo contato com a USP no hotel para realizar a devolução ao Amazon.

Definitivamente no volvería a ir ni recomendaría a nadie que vaya. Empezando que desde el check in mienten sobre el parqueo dicen. Que es gratis y luego cuando te vas te lo cobran a tu tarjeta, y te piden un dinero en la tarjeta para ponerlo en hold.La piscina regular, muyfría no tiene regulador térmico como otras piscinas cuando es época de frío. La habitación llena de polvo amanecimos con alergia mis hijos y yo. Nunca contestan en en el front desk y tampoco te hacen limpieza sino la pides. El desayuno es gratis eso si, pero te sirven huevo duro congelado y te rellenan de pan. Mal mal….. Cuando lo pedí pensé que era el hotel el grande pero cuando llegamos nos envian a unos cuartuchos. Por lo q pague esperaba más definitivamente.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación y la recepción es muy amplia. El parqueadero tiene un costo adicional de USD 21/día, algo que no es claro al momento de reservar. La habitación carece de ventilación, huele a humedad y encierro, la alfombra del piso da asco de lo sucia que estaba. El desayuno incluido es un engaño... dista mucho de ser un desayuno. Te ofrecen el desayuno completo si pagas USD 15/persona-día adicionales a lo que ya pagaste en la reserva. Decepcionante!

Great stay! Awesome resort style environment. Loved the breakfast and the family fun pool. Great area close to anything and everything. On-site stores and Starbucks was a great bonus. Rooms were nice.
