My wife and I selected this resort for our honeymoon as it promised a small, intimate experience, perfect for a romantic getaway. What we actually received was incredibly poor service, poor staffing, not enough space (pool chairs, beach chairs, etc.), and all around mediocre quality. The low-light of the trip was when I got food poisoning from their restaurant and two days later, my wife had the exact same symptoms. Instead of taking any culpability or offering to make it up to us in any way, the hotel staff tried to pin the blame on us eating outside food, despite us eating the exact same things off resort and not getting sick on the same day. Overall, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone, especially younger couples as they seemed to give similar service to the other younger couples. The only reason this review is not one star was a few staff members who provided excellent service and a very good spa experience.

Meu marido e eu estamos voltando em novembro pela terceira vez! Mal podemos esperar para voltar ao lugar mais tranquilo e relaxante que nos faz sentir em casa. A equipe é excepcional, bem como a comida. Mais três semanas até estarmos em nosso lugar feliz!

My husband and I are returning in November for the third time! We can’t wait to return to the most tranquil and relaxing place that feels like home. The staff are exceptional as well as the food. Three more weeks until we’re at our happy place!

Location and pools are nice. Staff is friendly but food is average. The facility is outdated and not up to standards. Nothing worked as advertised, and all inclusive was limited. Management tried to accomodate but this place is simply a 3.5 star resort.

Acabamos de encerrar nossa primeira estada na zoesia. O serviço é realmente de primeira qualidade. Todos os funcionários fazem você se sentir incrivelmente bem-vindo e estão disponíveis para tudo que você precisar (sem fazer você se sentir mal com isso). A ilha em si é tranquila e divertida para visitar e visitar um carrinho de golfe. O hotel tem uma pequena sensação íntima. Actualmente só existe um restaurante aberto mas a comida é deliciosa e tem uma boa variedade. Estamos a planear regressar e recomendaria a quem procura evitar a loucura de Cancún.

Just wrapped up our first stay at zoetry. The service is really top notch. All of the staff make you feel incredibly welcomed and are there for anything that you may need ( without making you feel bad about it). The island itself is peaceful and fun to take a golf cart around and visit. The hotel has a small intimate feel. Currently there is only one restaurant open but the food is delicious and a good variety. We plan on returning and would recommend to anyone looking to avoid the Cancun craziness.

Está casi al final de la isla por lo que el acceso más rápido es en taxi o tu carrito de renta, el lugar bien decorado y vista padrísima, cuenta con accesos para silla de ruedas, el personal muy amable pero el postre pastel rolandi no está rico y aunque se ve muy padre como lo flamean deberían considerar ya no hacerlo porque es peligroso para el mesero y todos al rededor.

The service was exceptional along with the food. They really treat you like it’s just you on the property. Best food I have ever had at an all inclusive resort. And the location is second to none. June 2021 was our visit

WOW, la mejor cena en isla y la mejor comida italiana en mucho tiempo. El lugar es precioso, la atención es excelente y la comida deliciosa, además tiene una vista preciosa al mar. 100% recomiendo.

Awesome view in the restaurant

I cannot speak more highly about my experience at this boutique wellness resort. Everything is immaculate and perfectly designed. The staff learns you so quickly, that you begin to feel right at home immediately. I traveled alone and needed some R&R before a work conference. This property checked every box for me. Idyllic setting from every angle. I did my research on this gorgeous gem so was pleased with the true at home feeling of this place, they even say “Welcome Home” which I loved. I did mingle with some other travelers, mainly couples and women vacationing together. The food was top notch at every sitting. It truly is an experience to have the pleasure to eat at this establishment. I had the creme brûlée twice and still am dreaming about the filet from Rolando’s and the taco from the French restaurant. My only warning is it will be really hard to leave! The couple I shared the boat back with was there 10 days and they said they keep extending their trip each time! Can’t wait to go back.

We are totally in disbelief that this "AMResort" considers themselves to be in the same caliber of Resorts such as Secrets, Breathless, Now etc etc. Our travel agent is confused with my report this morning in regards to our visit the last six days at Zoetry Villa Rolandi. Do not be enticed by the "Yacht" transportation, or the "Sunset Cruise" or the bogus pictures of a beautiful beach, room, resort....Be prepared for disappointment the minute you set foot in Cancun as you make your way to the resort. But nothing is more concerning than the fact that we were lied to within the first ten minutes of arriving. We had originally booked a "Junior Suite Oceanfront" flying with West Jet through our travel agent. The description clearly stated that our extra cost to "UPGRADE" included private terrace with Jacuzzi (hot tub) It was my Birthday and our agent had numerous emails and even phone calls to the resort to make sure everything was in place and would go smooth for our arrival. We had asked for a 3rd floor (and yes we realize with any resort, requests are not guaranteed) but would have settled for a 2nd floor (floor 2 and 3 are the only rooms that can accommodate an outdoor Jacuzzi/hot tub which is what we paid for) We were escorted to our room #105 and upon entering I said to the clerk "this is not the room we paid for...where is the Jacuzzi ???? His reply "our resort is fully booked...but this room here is so much bigger and nicer" We were livid! At this point my husband said "do we leave and go to another resort" and if you have ever been in this position, you must realize how stressful making this kind of change is. We decided to stay and try and make the best of it, so we unpacked. About hour later there was a knock on our door - MIRACULOUSLY a room on the second floor became available and if we want to pack up all our belongings we could move to a room that we had originally purchased. Our vacation quickly went downhill from there. Go to trip advisor and check out the reviews that are "terrible" "poor" and "average" That's honestly what you can expect. Five nights at a cost of almost $5,000.00 was a terrible waste of money, total disappointment, huge waste of vacation time and ruined my birthday. Never ever again will we Travel to AM Resorts! The pictures attached....Description of our Upgrade clearly stating our package we purchased, the hole in the shower floor bigger than a bar of soap and sharp ceramic edges perfect for slicing your foot open, the chaise lounge with stains all over it, the safety railing missing a few pieces of wood detail....the broken wood railing detail in the gardens.

This resort was fabulous to us! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they made the whole trip so very special! From the banner on the door, to the rice on the bed in the shape of a heart, breakfast in bed with mimosas, lovely spa, and a romantic dinner on the beach, it was just the best! Thanks to David and Ana who made sure all the details were taken care of! Our waiters at the pool Jesus and Juan Carlos were wonderful! The private yacht transfer set the tone for the vacation and was a nice send off. Food and drinks were generally very good but they lacked consistency... so I simply ordered something else since this is an all inclusive and didn’t give it a second thought. Rooms had some wear but overall were lovely and the air conditioning worked very well!! We will be back!

Well first of all it was my first vacation out of the States. My fiance and I were greeted constantly and asked if everything was going well. Of course. I even got a history lesson of mayans and aztec and of their money. It was an extraordinary first experience and would recommend going to this resort . I was impressed everyone knew us by name. By the way.... Keep it up guys

The view is amazing and the location of the restaurant too. If you are lucky as we were. You will find a table on top of the water looking at Cancun. Food is amazing and special. I had a Tiradito Del Mar. Fine slices of different rough fish. Delicate flavors, my husband had a salmon which was cooked perfectly too. Service is friendly, there was a girl playing and singing nice calm music. She was very good, had style and talent. As it is low season, sadly the restaurant was almost empty. Good for us, but I wish they had more clients as they deserve it. This place is a must, up scale.
