I was lucky enough to have a room on the 16th floor, so the view from my window was incredible. I’d say it’s the most upper class four star hotel I’ve ever stayed in, just teetering on the verge of being five star. Highly recommend for location and price.

Nice looking place. Good food. Clean rooms. I thing I can't accept. Normally in three stars hotel new water (for drink) and soaps are added each day If you stay longer than one night. In this hotel not.

La estancia en sí fue agradable, la habitación estaba muy bien, amplia y limpia. El problema fue con el desayuno. Solo nos quedábamos un día y al hacer el check in solicitamos que queríamos reservar el desayuno para la mañana siguiente, la recepcionista nos dijo que eso lo podíamos hacer por la mañana en el restaurante del hotel y que pagábamos allí, así que no reservamos nada. La sorpresa fue la mañana siguiente cuando vamos al restaurante y nos dicen que esa posibilidad no es posible. Pedimos uña explicación en recepción y fue que estaba lleno el restaurante, ¿no nos podían haber dicho eso el día anterior? Finalmente tuvimos que irnos a desayunar a otro sitio.

No tenia contratado el desayuno, el día que llegue lo comento en recepción y me dicen que mañana sin problema puedo pagarlo cuando vaya a desayunar, hemos llegado al desayuno hoy y me dicen que no puedo. Quise pagarlo el mismo día que llegue y se meinvito a hacerlo al día siguiente. Tenemos ahora el vuelo y nos vamos sin desayunar. Una vergüenza el trato. Una y no más a este hotel

Spent 3 nights, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Early check in was possible,room was quite big, with safe kettle and refrigerator. Gym open 24/7 with adequate equipment.Breakfast was very nice with a decent selection to choose from. Excellent location near the center,metro,shopping and parks. My only criticism is the restaurant manager in the morning with bald head tends to walk around without wearing his mask. It is a bad example to his staff who must follow covid rules but he feels exempt. However I would stay here again if opportunity arises. Thanks

Nice, clean and modern property. Free parking in adjacent garage. Situated on the U2 metro line, which operates the most Berlin´s highlights. Within 15 min. walk from the ZOO. Comfortable rooms, very well equipped. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Overall it provides a very pleasant stay.

Excellent place! Very clean and organized. Room was very quiet so we had excellent sleep. Food in restaurant is good and my husband and even found a quiet place in the hotel to work without interruption.

Hotel is enormous but the views from the upper floors are great. Shame there’s no bar or cafe to enjoy them from. Hotel generally lacks good communal facilities but breakfast buffet was amazing (albeit very busy). Free parking is a big plus. Close to main shopping areas.

Huge, rather new hotel in a very good location in Berlin. The rooms are in a modern design, bright, spacious and quiet, but a little featureless, all clean and tidy. Service was friendly, breakfast buffet varied and fresh. Parking was for free on the parking deck on the backside of the hotel building.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable, excellent staff, modern all around, great location, quiet and best sleet we had in two weeks. The staff was very nice and changed our room to a single bed after we were put in a bed with two beds. They delivered perfectly on all our requests. Bed was very comfortable and room was large. I would stay in this hotel again!

Este hotel éuma construçãomoderna, muito bem localizado e confortável. Os quartos sãoamplose o caféda manhãéfarto e variado. Fica a poucos metros de uma praçamuito movimentada com várias barracas, bares e cafeterias. Perto também de um shopping de marcas famosas e um comércio diversificado.

Relativamente longe do metrô, mas fácil de localizar na avenida. Os quartos são excelentes, a comida é excelente e a staff é extremamente prestativa. Caro, porém bom. Próximo a um bom ponto de ônibus, e a um mercadinho de preços baixos.

Great location. Well designed quiet rooms. GOOD water pressure in a nice bathroom. Staff is super friendly. Reception and breakfast team deserves a big compliment. Breakfast is well sorted and of a good quality. Location is top. It is not the 4 seasons but than the prices are also very well affordable. I would reccomend this please and I will book it again for sure!

Había una recepcionista española muy amable, que a pesar de todo el lío que puede acarrear un hotel como este en estas fechas y fin de semana. Nos atendió excelentemente y colaboró en todo momento para solucionar nuestro problema con la reserva. Realmente barato, habitaciones con muy buenos servicios, y no se qué más añadir.Quería hacer esta reseña, a modo de agradecimiento, no recuerdo el nombre de la recepcionista, pero fue realmente agradable.

Good location close to the subway and only 3 stations from the Brandenburger Tor. The parking is included in the price which would normally cost 23€ a night. The room is very modern and spacious but the bed is very unstable! Even though the parking is included the hotel is more on the expensive side. Solid place to stay in order to explore Berlin. Sadly for 130€ a night you don't get breakfast.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms and kingsize beds! You can walk in 5 minutes to the metro or supermarket. Also there is a free parking garage where you can walk directly to the hotel. I don't give it 5 stars because the room wasn't clean (spiderwebs and dirt on the headboard of the bed) and the restaurant was only open till 10 o clock for food. It was possible to grab a simple sandwich like they have on the high way, however I personally prefer a nice cafe or restaurantwith simple dishes so you feel welcome.

Hotel staff was so friendly! They were very patient while I spoke the best German I could and only switched to English to give me important instructions. I thought that was nice of them since I realize that they aren’t my personal language tutors. The hotel room itself was very nice especially for the price.

I forgot my wallet in a CLOSED safe in the room, after I checked all my stuff several times just make sure I called the hotel, after back and forward commutation they wrote that they OPENED THE CLOSED safe and it was empty.. big disappointment in the middle of my vocation as well as the hotel have 4 stars and I paid quit high amount for 2 nights.. complaint letter is sent.

Very helpful and friendly staff! The room for 2 people was spacious and had a stunning view over the city. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms which I liked; the room was also very clean and easy accessible. Another plus is the parking garage which is accessible through an elevator, which makes parking very easy even though this hotel is located right in the city center. The breakfast was rich and came with a huge selection. Again, the staff was very aware and welcoming. Definitely recommended, also because the hotel is in the vicinity of different metro stations as well as the main station.

Marquei para uma noite, acabei por ficar 3. Pois apanhou o fim de semana. E como estou em trabalho não pude trabalhar. Gostei do hotel. Todos os dias disse que ficava mais um dia. Os lençóis nunca foram mudados. Os sabonetes foi só no primeiro dia e tradicional garrafa de água foi tambémsóno primeiro dia. O pequeno almoçoéexcelente. O pessoal muito simpático. Pena não ter maquina de café no quarto.

Always my first choice hotel in Berlin. Friendly staff, modern looking hotel. The rooms are comfortable and i love the heated floor in the bathroom. Nice bar to go and chill out in and it's only a short walk from the Ka De We, and the zoologisher station so easy to get to. Plus there's some pretty cool bars and shops near by for stuff to do in the day when you're done looking at war stuff.

It really is free parking but a little confusing the way to it anyway. I really like the hotel and on the 9th floor where we were staying it was quiet. The staff is nice.

Great Hotel. Location is great near a big shopping street with upscale restaurants, but also near to a more local style shopping and dining. They have a lot of hygiene measures that make you feel safe during your stay. Room design is nice and service is also friendly. Only improvement would be rubber under the bed legs and doors for noice control.

Habitación muy amplia y cama muy cómoda. Unas vistas increíbles desde la planta décimo séptima que os recomiendo subir solo para verlas. En cuanto a la conexión con los lugares de interésturístico es muy buena teniendouna parada de bus y de metro aescasos metros, así como un supermercado lidl.El desayuno muy bueno por 18 EU buffet libre.

Bom hotel, bom serviço, bar, restaurante. Tamanho do quarto adequado, mas peca pela qualidade das camas (pés bambos, colchão mole) e a interrupção no fornecimento de água nos banheiro por alguns poucos minutos todos os dias da estada. Toalhas padrão 2 estrelas.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Modernly decorated room, has a great location (you are close to the underground, the best shopping street and Christmas fair), offers a superb breakfast with an extremely good coffee machine. Simply the ultimate 4 star hotel. I enjoyed every minute of it.

Hotel is nice. Staff is very friendly. Check in check out process is quick and painless. Lack of iron in room and also not much lighting in rooms- the only things we didn’t like. They provided us with baby crib also, which is nice.
