“The hotel was nice overall but there are some things that need improvement. The arm chair in the room was dirty to the point that I didn't even want to put my things in it. The room is actually not even big enough for the chair to be in there. Also the condition of the shower was surprising. The curtain was a bit dingy and the drain area quite warn. The carpet also needs some attention ans there were rips and stains. I did enjoy the workout room and amenities in there. This hotel has potential but definitely needs renovations/upgrades.”

“I was a walk-in lodger, the only 2 points earned by the lady who helped me to check in that night. They are the service problems and housing problems. (And also everything based on that lady told me that’s one of the best rooms I can get, and I believe she upgraded for me already to a room with the coach, I appreciate that) 1. The misplacing of body lotion and body wash; The body wash was placed where the wash basin at, while the body lotion was placed above the bathtub by the housekeeping ladies. Soaking wet, I had to drag my damp body to the washbasin naked to squeeze the body wash so that the floor was full of water. If this was not due to the negligence of the cleaning staff, this design was particularly unreasonable. Who would be responsible if the procedure caused the guests to slip? If a family with children lives in a guest room like this, who is responsible if the child falls in the process? I was scared to think about it. 2. After checking in with my Hilton membership, the lady at the front desk agreed to an hour's delay in check-out. At the same time, I put a do not disturb sign outside my door. However, after 11 o 'clock, there was still a cleaning staff knocking loudly on the door as if desperately trying to get rid of the guest. Do strict training guidelines exist for the humanized connection between employees and customers while your company trains your employees? If such training exists, are any special notes passed on to their following shifts of the customer’s needs? 3. Hotel soundproof facilities are madly unreasonable; at a bit more than ten o 'clock in the morning will hear a lot of noise, people in the corridor talking, a vacuum cleaner sound, and so on. Ironically, it took a long time for the call to be answered at the front desk for the noise complaint, but an hour later, I was bombarded with calls urging me to check out.
