“I would not recommend anyone stay here. Everything was great with my room until I went to go and take a shower. Mold is what I encountered. (See pictures below). So I said ok maybe this is just a one off, so I requested to be moved to another room, which they honored. Got to that room and again encountered mold in the bathroom. By now I am disgusted and disappointed and frustrated. On one of the most beautiful weekends in San Francisco I couldn't enjoy myself fully because I knew when I got back to the hotel that I couldn't take a proper shower because I didn't want to inhale mold spores. Your customers should not be encountering this.”

“CRIME CRIME CRIME!!!I had my e-bike locked up in front of the hotel and caught someone cutting the chain trying to steal it (4pm broad daylight). When I confronted him he bear maced me in the face. When I spoke to the staff asking for help with the police they were rude, disrespectful, and all around difficult to deal with.Avoid this place at all costs.”
