“A aparência do hotel parecia boa, mas os quartos eram definitivamente datados. Os móveis dos quartos não eram ótimos. A maior frustração foi a falta de atendimento ao cliente quando surgiu um problema. Meu chuveiro não ligava de jeito nenhum quando fui usá-lo pela manhã. O mostrador apenas girou. Então liguei para a recepção e pedi outro quarto para que eu pudesse tomar banho. Eles me disseram que não queriam me dar outro quarto sem tentar consertá-lo primeiro, porque teriam que limpar outro quarto então. Eu disse a eles que estava com pressa, mas eles insistiram em enviar uma pessoa de serviço. Eles apareceram cerca de 15 minutos depois e trabalharam nele por 10 minutos apenas para concluir que estava além de suas habilidades repará-lo. Então agora eu tive que ligar e conseguir um novo quarto e eles tiveram que me enviar um cartão-chave. Neste ponto, minha agenda para a manhã foi baleada e eu estava atrasado. Eu só queria que eles tivessem priorizado a resolução do problema para ajudar com meu tempo e agendamento em vez de priorizar a necessidade de limpar outro quarto.
